Why he missed?

1) The polls are closed too early. The last 3 games of the year should count. Many of the voters probably didn't see the Kyler Murray Detroit game where he started his slide. They probably registered their vote before that game was played. And for sure the votes were already closed before the Colts game where again, he didn't do himself any favors.

2) Dak has an 117.9 passer rating average at home this year. If we continue winning, 2 of our games in the playoffs will be at home (at the least) where he has shown this year to be REALLY strong.

3) The AFC is the weaker QB conference. Lamar Jackson has 1 game over 100.0 passer rating and he's in. The 8-7 Herbert who can't even beat the Texans and threw 2 crucial INTs probably should not be considered in my personal opinion. I don't care how strong of an arm you have, you have to beat the Texans when your playoff hopes are on the line. It's clear in the NFC that Dak is automatically 3rd at the onset because the conference has Rodgers and Brady. It's no shame to be behind Rodgers and Brady. I think Stafford probably should go before Dak all games considered, but Dak is right behind him and only missed because of his stronger QB conference.

And MVP of the league!
Beating teams like the Falcons and Giants, D.C. to a pulp assures him a yellow HOF jacket minimal!!!!!

Screw the pro bowl. Dak may very well be preparing for the Super Bowl at that time

He doesn’t have to go of course. Just be named so he can get it in his resume. I think his Nike deal is dependent on his performance (if I’m not mistaken). I wonder if not being named to the Pro Bowl effects it.

Dak is 19th in QBR -- I think it is okay he didn't make the pro bowl.

Dak deserves to be in the Pro Bowl based on tonight or past games?

He played great for 6 then missed one then played bad for 7 and you want what?

Let's see him keep it up for 2 more regular season games

He missed out due to his inconsistent play over the season. Had he played like he did today or he started the season at a similar level in most games then he easily makes the Pro Bowl. In 6 of the previous 7 games (before Washington) he was well below that standard however peoole try and dress it up. That's over a third of the season.

Nope!! But its ironic that other good quarterbacks didn't beat these weaker teams as bad a Dak did. As a matter of fact, Tom Brady who's the best quarterback to have ever played LOSS to the same team Dak blew out!!!

But Dak is certainly on his way, being 1 of only 5 quarterbacks in NFL history to put the numbers he has in the first 5 years of his career.
