Someone recently had tweeted about Micah resuming his running back career and how he’d be a bigger, faster Derrick Henry. I laughed hear you at the hyperbole / hinetiek until I looked at the measurables again. Holy cow … lmao

There was an athlete back when sports was turning professional. Jim Thorpe was an All-American who played several sports professionally. He also excelled at the Olympics. Maybe one of the most gifted all around athletes ever.

Micah shows abilities as an over all athlete.

This franchise might be blessed with one of the most athletic players of any decade. It remains to be seen. But my first thought about him wanting to play running back with Thorpe, who led a very sad life due to the era he lived.

Don't want Parsons getting hurt from overuse
Running backs take a lot of hits

He and DLaw would have to compete for the spot - that DLaw pick 6 was a thing of beauty, he’s sneaky fast and looked damn good running the ball

Especially when he leaped over Heineke. Heineke, went into it ready to tackle and as DLaw got closer he realized the size difference was going to destroy him or get him trucked like William Gay against Adrian Peterson.

What was lost in the run back was the terrific block by D Wilson who came from nowhere to get D Law the TD.

My bet is he'd lead the league in yards as an RB. He could also play TE (not sure about hands), SS, MLB, OLB, DE, FB and maybe FS in a pinch.

You seen him give a stiff arm.....he was all in as RB right there!

Although I agree that he may be more than capable to play RB or several other positions, I say we keep him on defense creating havoc for offenses.
