Thats what angered me. They never once rolled him out. Not designed anyways.
It makes me crazy, he was more accurate on the move than he ever has been in the pocket yet Moore and his daddy are pocket 1st football guys and won't give it up.
Dak maybe salvageable but it begins with movement.

Yes but having him on the move doesn't help him in the playoff. He won't be able to move in the playoff, they will keep him in the pocket, so he has to learn to play in the pocket.

I gave this team a break the first 2 games after Dak came back because he clearly wasn’t healed. I have seen some stinkers out of this team. THIS TEAM. Dak looks confused on some plays because they know he has seen most everything defenses can throw. And they know what confuses him the most and it takes a team with the right players to play him hard. The O-Line is what scares me. They play good and then Dak had to run for his life to get time to read the defense. This O-Line coach should have been gone long ago.

Our Defense is playing really good. Our ST is good minus the kicker.

I think this team pulls it together and makes the plays. Kicker not so much. But trenches are as healthy as they can get. Now the key is our RBs. If they are healthy then we win. That’s what the defenses do, put there players in coverage which makes it hard for any QB. They can because we aren’t running it. I keep hoping they balance it in the playoffs. Stick to a run game with healthy RBs and O-Line..

We have a better road record than we do home record this season. The defense didn’t play well yesterday. Our offense was 3-11 on 3rd down. When we don’t get turnovers we usually lose. We had no takeaways against Denver, the Raiders and the Cardinals, all losses. Dak continues to be in a funk and we can’t run the ball consistently. Yesterday was an important game for us and we came out looking flat. We were getting our butts handed to us at one point 22-7. I have no confidence we can beat a good team and a good QB in the playoffs.

Can't call 12 running plays in a any game and expect to win. Moore and MM are to blame, not the RBs
But how much was due to Dak changing based on the looks the Cards were giving. Just an observation, but it looked like the Cards were doing a very good job of showing one thing and then changing after Dak changed the play and/or the protection. Sometimes you just have to tip your hand to the opponent.

We only made the playoff because our division is ****.
Some of our division beat teams we lost to. We beat our division. It’s about coaching. We are about to find out if we have a SB coach..

Any OC worth his salt calls a Stick play....which means, stick with the play and don't audible...

Maybe it happens. I suspect we unpack something..

I just don't see how anybody can watch this team since the Pats game and be confident that they play well 4 games in a row against above .500 teams.
Exactly. We aren't exactly about to begin a run of vs NFC East backup QBs.

I also have a rough time buying "anything can happen" when it just never does.

Our QB looks like a confused rookie in way over his head. All about trying to not get hurt.

Get a better backup Jerry and let your starter play.

Guessing that would mean he don’t trust Dak. Romo ran the Offense.. Who ever called our 4th down play was very good.. Some plays sucked them up and slipped them through. The long run play by Elliot looked like Elliot and was called at the right time. I suspect we see a wide open Offense come playoff time.

I have enough confidence for both of us. Take the first playoff game off..

Garrett told me personally that he did not let Romo call plays in certain situations...a good OC would call a stick play anytime he saw something.

Or you go hurry-up so the defense can’t change.
If the situation merits it, but you run the risk of putting your defense right back on the field whe they need to catch their breath. Many factors involved that the average fan has no idea about.

Nobody was saying this after the pats game. He got hurt. He did show he could run with it when needed. Remember when he used to do that. I do. And I now remember that he would occasionally fumble it. Lol. Don’t happen all the time. We don’t always miss FGs (not always) or have refs screw it up. We will play aggressive and balanced in the playoffs. We may lose or we could win. Give me the 6 game win streak team that spread it around and ram tosses and sweeps and off tackles..

Lmao. Tell JG he owes me 3 million after taxes. I should have known when Linehan said how smart Moore is that he would abandon the run when down by 2 or more.. 12 stinking runs in a game it looked like they were playing around like practice.. Why did they not run off tackle or toss plays to Tyrons side. Because they want to suck defenses in. I will lmao if we open the playoffs running it off tackle and toss plays. 2016 Dak option RPO plays. He looked like he could run fine last night. Still holds on to the ball the same though..

Season isn’t over yet. And guess what.. We made the playoffs. This loss sucked and if we lose Saturday it will also. It’s the game after that when the party starts..

It’s a long offseason. We have seen flash winning streaks and loses. And everything in between.

We lost Gallup and Wilson is ok but not Gallup..

It’s a long offseason. Let’s enjoy the ride until it’s over. This is a different and better Defense so you never know. And Dak and the Offense will catch fire..
Maybe it just feels over.
I have got no confidence in our offense.
It is wildly inconsistent.

Yep....I mean I'd WAY rather be wrong and win.

Of course.

Just....something is in the head of this QB that is way off and I can't see it changing against better teams.

He is simply going to have to hear that until he flips the script.....especially when he made a big deal out of making maximum dollars and manipating the terms (thank goodness) to cash out again later on.

He fits right in with players in Dallas who think they are huge stars who have won when no one on the roster has ever played late in the postseason.

I would love to have to shutup on this narrative all offseason and be wrong......but he is going to have to do something I KNOW he can't and won't do.....which is beat two playoff teams in consecutive weeks, one on the road.

That in itself GETS us to a NFCCG, not a SB....and certainly doesn't win one.

That'll be two more wins vs quality teams.

So, no....its not OVER.....but when you're down 44-7 with 6 minutes to play....that's also not technically over.

This team fires off a spark. We couldn’t catch. Have a play and a flag or non call would kill it. Our Defense all day kept being on the verge of a turnover. Get one at the end and the refs took the opportunity because they knew these games we catch in the 4th. Kicker killed us early or we would have been tied at the end..
