Dummy
Your point was we dont have any receivers as good as Kupp. Before this season, that is a flat out lie. Amari was the better receiver last year by a big margin. With a backup QB.
You are trying to defend the QB not being able to get the WRs the ball so out of desperation, you came up with a crappy take…
I'll say this slowly and carefully so even you can understand:
Your original point in this thread was whining that
"Why dont the Packers or the Rams or the Bucs have problems getting their top WRs the ball??"
My counter was: Kupp and Adams are better than our receivers.
So, since you're having trouble grasping this point, let me ask you: Has Amari ever had as productive a season as Kupp this year? Have any of our receivers?
Now, look at how many times Kupp has been targeted (184) compared to our receivers. Ask yourself if the reason his stats look so gaudy is because of the targets? The Cowboys have three players with over 90 targets - the Rams have one, Kupp.
So, the Rams "don't have problems" getting him the ball because they just hyper-target him. And why do they do that? Either because A.) He's better than everyone else, and good enough to warrant the targets and is constantly open; B.) Everyone else on the Rams sucks and nobody else is open but him; or C.) Their QB isn't good enough to read the rest of the field and go to his second and third options so he forces it to Kupp.
Whichever the answer is, it invalidates all the whining you were doing on the first page about how these teams get their WR's the ball and we don't. The difference statistically is the Cowboys just have more skill players to spread it around to and don't force targets to any one player.
