Predicting the Cowboys in the playoffs

one and done or beat the cardinals and get blown out against the packers. not really good options for this team.

I think they are holding back a little. At least I hope.

they will have to incorporate the read option back into the game plan. This will help the running game. Right now defenses know dak won’t run so they are focusing on the rb.

this will get us out of a lot of 3 and longs which dak has problems with.

One and done, end our suffering early as usual. Dak can't beat good teams unless everything else is perfect.

at most, we will be 1-1 in the playoffs. we will not be in the NFCCG.

Playoffs is all about the teams that get hot at the end of the season. right now, we are not.

Unfortunately none of them can pass the ball. Cedrick Wilson is good for a pass every few games but he would look worse than Jalen Hurts if he tried to play QB full time.

If we are lucky and everybody will lose in week 18 so we get the 2nd sead we will win our first game.
If not - what should be expected - we will lose in the first round.

With a bad QB who cant beat medicore defenses we wont and should not be able to win a game in the playoffs.

too many obvious problems:

a kicker who misses too many easy kicks

no ground game, despite the talented OL and RBs.

DEs who lose contain

too many single high S looks

it seems like Dak has to guess what the coverage is too many times.

Well we do pretty good against
Sub 500 teams .We get up on them and force them to throw and this sets up our defense to be able to pin their ears back pressure the quarterback and get some turnovers.

Problem is there aren't any sub 500 teams in the playoffs . We can't run the ball. We get holding penalties and can't convert third downs.

When teams aren't forced to pass they gash us with running plays that we can't stop. Our coach doesn't manage the game well and our kicker is inconsistent.

My prediction if you are a cowboys fan is frustration topped off with a dose of disappointment

They’re out after one if they face the Cardinals.

And I base that on them getting Conners, Moore and others back. That makes them even that much better than Dallas.

Whatever happens just can’t see this team getting out of the divisional round. They just lack in areas that teams have that advance beyond that point.

Like so many have already stated, I think they are 1 and done. The offense is just pathetic and the defense is good but not great. I hope I'm wrong but I don't think I am.

We win the first game at home.
Second game vs GB, with 3 seconds left, Zuerlein misses a game winning 37yard FG and we lose by 1 point

but there was an offside penalty on GB and Zuerlein gets a second chance, and he misses it again...
but we find out GB called a timeout to ice Zuerlein right before the kick. He gets to kick it again and makes it on his third try for the win!!!

Lol jk. It all depends on who we play but in the end we're not overcoming GB, rams, bucs, or Arizona

If we somewhat pull off a miracle I could see us playing the bills or chiefs and pulling up an upset

I believe that the Cowboys are better than every team there not the Packers and Bucs, but lose games (most notably the Cardinals game) because they were outcoached.

Assuming they’re the 4 seed, I do believe that they beat the Cardinals or Rams, then likely have to travel to Green Bay where we get treated to a McCarthy revenge game against his old team. The fun stops there.

If however one of the 5-7 seeds pull the upset. Say Philly over L.A., I do think that Dallas can beat Tampa in Tampa to advance to the NFCCG.

I just don’t believe that a Super Bowl appearance is likely though.
