If Moore gets offered the job he needs to take it.

The Cowboys are married to Prescott for the foreseeable future. With his rabid fan base protecting Prescott, Moore needs to divorce himself of that situation as quickly as possible. Prescott will kill his career and eventually McCarthy's and the rest of the coaching staff as well.

Unfortunately the new OC will be saddled with a QB who has questionable mechanics and struggles to read defenses. The new OC must be prepared to be blamed for all the QB struggles and realize that it's the end of his career. Probably some retread OC similar to Nolan as DC in 2020 will get hired for the money. I can't imagine a young and upcoming OC will want this job knowing the situation.
Damn son. That’s a hot take.

It’s sketchy to interview the night before a game. The Jags won’t go anywhere for 5 years anyways and after several losing seasons. Let’s say they guaranteed Moore 5-10 years of HC, then sure go to the Jags but if it’s one of those few years let’s give it a try then no stay in Dallas.

Moore is Garrett's clone. Same scenario will happen to the great Kellen as it did Garrett.

Agree girlfriend. Too much hate on our quarterback. Sad.

Would be a bad hire for them and would be bad for him as well.

If you stay in Dallas you’ll always have the spotlight and if you’re any good at your job you’ll get whatever job you want eventually.

Hmmmmm..........

Coach Dak Prescott or Trevor Lawrence

Tough decision.......

When he is gone....Cowboy fans will wonder why Dak regresses......Mark my words.

I mean the Jags are not that far off. They need an OL and a couple more defensive pieces, but they have a lot of good pieces and will be drafting high this year. It is very possible that in 1-2 years they are the class of their division.

Prredictable.

Your boy is supect and he will get exposed as a Head Coach, just as his mentor Garrett did.

Heck, he's being exposed right now.

Too much too soon. He was anointed and with the boss saying he was the next great thing, no other coach was going to dare to challenge that.

. Moore has a reputation for being a guy who knows QBs, being an ex-QB himself. I am not saying he is the best guy for the job. I am very down on him right now, but I suspect he is a front runner.

But if you look at the Cowboys offense right now, it is hard to imagine how Moore is not held accountable for some of the problems. Like the dumb play calling, receiver routes, unwillingness to commit to the run, the league lead in penalties on offensse, etc. Maybe he is a good mind for offense but he might now be a good coach.
See what I mean . . Kellen better . GET OUT NOW

So much for Kellen prioritizing game planning for the playoffs over getting a potential head coaching job. With this offense's issues, some of it due to his play calling. He could afford every bit of extra time that he has before the Philly game, beginning to game plan for the playoffs.
They are coming for you Kellen . . . leave now
