I'm inclined to postulate Wilson will work out just fine if and when Gallup is released or traded.

Cedrick Wilson's skills are considerably different in nature but somewhat more consistent. :)

Gallup won't be available most of next season right? Doesn't that limit his value to us or anyone else?
Crappy for him but its the reality he has to face.

Who do we sign first???

Wilson more of a deep threat. We have two position receivers in Lamb in the ot and Cooper. I actually think Wilson should have been playing more anyway he makes our offense more explosive.

Wilson is more versatile and complements Lamb and Cooper better Gallup isn’t that great in the slot.

It will come down to who we are able to resign though and with Gallup hurt we might get him cheaper than expected

Gallup makes more freak catches than Wilson. I’d try to keep both.
one or two freak plays trumps reliable receiver anywhere on the field especially over the middle with tons of yards after the catch?

You are nuts.

Can;t keep everyone someone has to be on the blocks.

I’m not nuts, you’re nuts. Gallup has been reliable on the field, it’s just the injuries that have been detrimental to him.

I mean why not keep both if they are affordable?

If you have injuries you are not reliable.

Gallup makes one or two awesome catches a game. Usually with zero yards after catch. ADMITTEDLY sometimes a TD!

I like Gallup. He's a good sideline receiver. But we need someone more versatile. We can't keep everyone and I expect Gallup wants a big contract.

Ced is just to explosive to not only not sign but bury in the depth chart. I don't think we can move him up AND keep Gallup. Nor should we.

If Gallup is affordable I think we need to keep him. But we definitely keep Wilson regardless.

Fair enough.

The problem becomes snaps. Who provides the most value per snap? It certainly is debatable. Ced looks so dynamic I have to go with him.
