Sure what? Pollard isn't a better receiver at this point and a more explosive player? That Elliott is more than just a between tackle runner?

You are in complete denial at this point probably still thinking that Elliott is the same guy from a few years ago. I get it, you probably spent a lot on that Elliott jersey and you are struggling to accept the reality that Elliott is just a decent back at this point, nothing really special anymore.

It's the only explanation for someone that is in complete denial about what Elliott is at this point. He's just a decent, limited back at this point. Wear and tear has taken its toll.

Not in denial I just don't think he is as bad as most of you are making it. Surely he's not elite anymore my friend

I never said he was bad. But he's certainly not a game changing, upper level TB anymore. He's a guy that is limited to running between the tackles and can block. He's not a threat for a big game changing play anymore. He's limited in the passing game. He's not breaking off any big runs. Up until last night against a bunch of backups, they rarely tried to run him outside with tosses or sweeps because they knew he can't against good run defenses.

It is what it is.
