If Vikings had a younger QB I would think it was automatic to get a Head Coach in there who can help develop their QB but Cousins kind of is what he is at this point so i'd hire the best coach available. Wow I'm not sure Flores deserved to be fired. They were definitely a much better team the past two seasons and a lot of their struggles can be attributed to poor QB play. They had a huge turnaround this season alone and Flores also beat the Patriots several times. Wonder if he gets hired as a HC somewhere else.

The GM should have been fired, not HC. He’s the guy that took Tua over Herbert, and keeps spending picks on OL in the early rounds that always bust.

Exactly..I would hire Flores in a heartbeat for sure..again when you see players up thier level and grow, thats the measuring stick for a coach to me.

Phins fans I’ve talked to are pretty upset.

I do not think that the coach should have been fired.

With that said, the Dolphins GM turned T Larremy Tunsil into:
4 1st round picks
2 2nd round picks
1 3rd round pick

You cannot fire a GM that can pull this off. He is Hall of Fame worthy.

QB Tua complained to GM Grier and Owner Ross about Coach Flores...so HC is 86ed. Gotcha.

The fix was in soon as Harbaugh said he wants back HC in NFL. Both Ross & him are Michigan alums.
