Cowboys getting zero respect

Honestly Dallas brings it on themselves when they put stinkers like the Denver, KC, LV and AZ games out there. Those teams were more physical than Dallas in those games, so naturally people see a hard-nose team like SF coming here and beating us up. Dallas has all the players and coaches they need to win this whole thing, but until they do it, they are just a team that hasn’t even sniffed a championship game in over 20 years. I think beating a tough team like SF in this game will show other teams and more importantly themselves that they can win a street fight game with anyone. Now go get it done!!

Respect is earned. They can start making points for themselves on Sunday.

I know I'm blaming the refs and the media if we lose. I'm going to throw Goodell under the bus, too. Probably the uniform manufacturer and at least one of the guys working the gate. OH...and sticking with the theme of not blaming any of the players, I'm blaming the kicker. I'm dang sure blaming him.

I think a known poster here was harassing Tad Prescott on Twitter. It was under a different name but he posted to Tad the same tired crap about Dak not beating winning teams like posted here after the Cardinals game a few weeks ago. It looked like it a copy-and-paste comment. I don't know for sure but when I asked if he was _______ here at Cowboyzone he stopped arguing with me and disappeared from Tad's comment on Ancho's post about Dak's and the others record setting year. We have some pathetic fans.

I asked why are they haters because their telling the truth? And I guess the my question is a little off base because there are haters out there, but our team total creates and backs their premise. Look at Stephen A. who is the because hater out there. His total premise is that with the Cowboys something is eventually going to go wrong, and he is absolutely and totally right. If the Cowboys would have won just half or even a third of their big games, I would expect less haters. But we NEVER EVER win big games, EVER!

Win big games and then their narratives will change. Let’s start be winning this weekend!

Because they did a complete reversal from earlier shows. Like in a weeks time.

This is on the coaches. Kellen Moore needs to start dictating to the defense rather than the other way around like the the Arizona game. They lined up in blitz, Dak changed protection to keep tight end and rb in to block, then they fell back at the snap so we only have 3 receivers running routes with 6 or 7 defenders covering. They dictated what they wanted us to do. Can’t happen again. Dictating to SF and Adjusting in-game is where Moore and Quinn need to shine.

That was an amazing defensive scheme Arizona cooked up. That would confuse any coordinator and QB.

Based on the last quarter of a century what exactly were you expecting? Some of you people I swear. Respect needs to be earned.

I get your premise - however I will disagree with the if we won half those big games the narratives would change - it didn’t change in the early 90’s . Everyone , every media person in print (lol print back then) doubted the prowess that was the Dallas Cowboys - sure some reluctantly admitted , hey they’re pretty good but every loss was blown out of proportion as pending doom of the Dallas cowboys - Every opposing QB was going to destroy the cowboys - every defense was the next steel curtain that Dallas had no answers for . Bottom line is people love to hate on the cowboys - the fanbase has just added to the hate thanks to social media and 25 plus years of almost was and what could’ve been. It’s what happens when you are the Evil Empire - problem is the last 25 plus years has made us more of the space balls version and less the Star Wars sith
All they can do is play the games - win the games - block out the noise as no matter what they do this weekend and beyond - someone will always have an opinion- someone will always change the narrative to meet their agenda . If they can’t be laser focused and put forth their best now then they simply earn whatever outcome they get - be prepared win or loss
Many won’t embrace it in either side and excuses will run rampant
PS - I don’t think media people or any others giving opinions is saying the truth either - is their opinion

I’m not sure when you say an a weeks time. I watch GMF most days and after the Zona game must host was not feeling the Cowboys, that was 8 days ago and yesterday was the first show since we beat the Eagles. So yes they should have changed their views of the Cowboys after the Zona loss and why shouldn’t they as it was yet another big game that the Cowboys lost. As far as this mornings show they absolutely questioned they Cowboys inconsistency on offense and the 49ers recent win streak along with their absolute hard nose football style.

It’s just my opinion that because analysts are picking the 49ers don’t make them haters because if you are a realist and truly do an real evaluation, how can you pick the Cowboys over the Niners with all the facts laid out.

Here’s to hoping our team turn some heads this weekend by beating a physical tough nosed opponent handedly.

This was always going to happen because the Niners were destined the upset darlings in the WC round.

These forty whiners have to be the most dominant team with seven losses in the history of the world. They are apparently unstoppable.

They are PHYSICAL! Oh my!

We'll see how physical they are when little Jimmy has his facemark in the turf and is fearing for his life. I love our WRs against that suspect secondary.

Really looking forward to next Monday. Cowboys will be heading to Tampa, and all the national pundits are going to call this 9ers club average(because they are).

The cowboys will still have not beaten a "real QB" because we know Jimmy G ain't that guy. It's like clockwork with these folk.

We are 5-1 in our last 6 games, losing the 1 game by 3 points thanks to a lot of suspect officiating. The national media still seems to think this is November. The niners will find out what's up by the 2nd qtr.

I absolutely totally disagree with this statement. The media was all on the Cowboys jocks in the early early 90’s. The Sporting News, Sports Illustrated, USA Today, Pro Football Weelky and other national media was all in love. Any hate was true hate for the Cowboys because of their success! Not until Switzer and leading up until present day was a narrative construed as hate. This current narrative of not believing in the Cowboys by the media is hard to be called hate when what they are saying is fact.

Change the narrative Sunday night!
