you dont look at after market ticket sites often, do you?

Well if SF fans are filling our stadium all I can say is we have some lousy fans. I think SF will have some fans there but not near as many as we saw in the game vs LA.

I think there will be a lot of 49ers fans at the stadium but not like it was the last time the 49ers played the Cowboys during the season.

As @Jake pointed out, the 49ers fans knew well in advance about the LA Rams game just like they knew well in advance about the last regular season game the 49ers played against the Cowboys in Dallas and that combined with AT&T Stadium being a vacation destination for some, it made it easy to plan and justify the expense of 49ers fans coming from places like Austin to the game.

With only a week to plan, it will be a lot harder to schedule days off, make travel plans, get good tickets, etc. while also costing a lot more than regular season games.

Remember, the 49ers were not even sure they were going to make the playoffs and even if they did, it was more likely they would play the Rams or Cardinals.

why do you think the tickets for this game have TRIPLED since it was known the niners were the opponent? Its isnt because all of the Sudden Cowboys fans are buying up all those tickets. I mean, Cowboys fans have known for weeks we would host in week 1.

so if you paid 300 per ticket and you have 6 seats, and you can sell each of those seats for 1500, thats 9k.... you wouldnt? If they did, it doesnt make them lousy fans. And they have no clue if it is a niner fan buying the ticket. Its so easy for you to sit on your couch not spending a penny on tickets to say what YOU would do...... sure
By the way, my house could sell for about 750k.... but I have zero intentions of selling it. But, if some rich person came and knocked on the door and offered me 1.5 million, Id ask him how soon he would like to move in and if he needed help loading his belongings into the moving truck.

sure.... people that spend that money on season tickets already know who will win. Why dont you empty your bank account and wager it all on the Niners. You will even get some points. I mean, cmon, its sure thing.
I would, but even my bookie knows it's a sure thing and isn't taking any bets................ha-haaaaaa!

He'll have to deal with it unfortunately. Every big Chargers and Rams game at SOFI will essentially be a road game for the LA teams.

I have paid the high price to go to post season games. I expect the vast majority of the fans to be Dallas fans as would any team hosting a playoff game. If the opposing team has as many fans as your own fans then yes you have lousy fans. Tampa Bay will have some eagle fans there but vast majority will be Tampa fans pulling for their team and the same could be said for the rest of the playoff teams. I think there will be some SF fans there, I don't expect a crowd of close to 50/50 as I saw in the Rams game.

I didnt say it will be anywhere near 50/50. But I wouldnt be surprised to see 75/25.

Last week was predictable. It was first game in that new stadium for niner fans to go to. It was a huge game, it is a 5 hour drive or a 1hr 49 dollar flight. The rams should expect to see that same crowd for a lot of the games when the niners come to town.

no way in hell will it be 95% cowboys fans,
Ok 90%. Cowboy fans knew about they would have a game weeks ago. Niners didn't know the game would be in Dallas until Sunday evening. I would be shocked if I see a repeat of 2014.

there wont be a repeat of 2014, buy why do you think prices for tickets tripled as soon as it was announced the niners would be the opponent?

A deciding factor is how much confidence the ticket holders have in Dallas winning (and visa versa). Niner fans are willing to spend a lot more if they think the Niners will win, Cowboys fans are more likely to sell for profit if they think it's going to be a bad experience anyway. If it were me I'd go, there's a good chance this game will be exciting and the crowd might actually root them to victory.

doesn't that always happen to the Rams and Chargers, opposing fans always take over?

You mean moving a team around every 10 years or so is bad for homefield advantages? You don’t say..

"It was a tough environment for us to communicate in really the whole second half," said Stafford, who completed 15 of 16 passes for 153 yards and two touchdowns in the first half, but saw a drop off in production in the second as he finished 21 of 32 for 238 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions, amounting to his third consecutive game with multiple turnovers.
SoCal is divided between Niners and Cowboys.

You’re simply not going to come into a city like LA and expect to be the Lakers or Dodgers of football. It’s going to take time.

I think we'll end up with about 10-20% Niner fans at the game... that's based on how many Packer fans were there when we played them in the playoffs.

Keep in mind, it won't be FANS selling their seats to 49er fans... it will be ticket brokers who already own a number of season tickets.

My season tix are in the upper level and I'm surrounded by seats that are definitely owned by brokers. There's never the same people sitting in them. There's a handful of us who are long-time fan season-ticket holders and I've come to know them well over the past 10+ years, but for the most part it is strangers. And as a result there are often opposing fans there during the regular season.

Playoffs are a different animal, though, and there are rarely more than 20% opposing fans there for a playoff game for the reasons that have already been stated.
