Moore is Garrett 2.0

I think promoting him now would be a huge mistake. He's only been at this three years. Jerry could convince himself that Moore's upbringing was like training (like he tried to tell himself about Garrett), but it's a wholly different thing to learn than to do. I think Moore will make a great head coach eventually, but my gut feeling is it won't be for a couple of years yet. That's not the move you make when you want a super bowl now

The Cowboys almost have all the elements; they just need good chemistry. And sometimes in the lab you have to alter the environment and a few other variables and elements to get the reaction to work efficiently with minimum loss of yield.

Moore IS NOT a head coach! He has several years of development in my opinion and we will find out if my opinion is also of those who are currently looking to hire a HC.

If jerrys take away after this season is moore should be HC than he’s even dumber than most of us think he is.

MM deserves criticism if he loses round 1 here or even round 2, but I can not hold last year against him

As he should.

McCarthy is a weak link, but I don't know if Moore is the right option.

I think making KM a HC at this point would be a disaster, I just don't see him commanding respect from the players. Another boy wonder that Jerry would love to say he developed etc.... I'd stick with McCarthy regardless what happens today and do my best to keep the other coaching pieces in place. If they don't win it all next year or struggle, it's time to clean house, including some key skill position players.

Yes, I wouldn't even interview him. He's way too green and frankly he has zero charisma. I can't see him as a leader of men.

KM kind of looks like he is in over his head as offensive coordinator. When teams throw a different defense at him, he is rather befuddled and the play calling doesn't change. Overall, he is very predictable. There are a LOT of offensive coordinators who would have looked good with this offense, this many turnovers and this list of opponents.

Quinn on the other hand . . .

The wildcard is actually Sean Payton. I would happily see the entire staff walk if he was an option.

Let us not forget who his mentor was!

That is absolutely a trait that is a most! You have to not only be able to show that you can get the job done, you have to also be able to captivate people to get the emotional energy for them to go all out for you.

I've seen Captain Jerry and First Mate Stephen rearrange the deck chairs before, but neither ever go down with the ship.

Let's hope it doesn't come to that after tomorrow. Beat the Niners.

We all know far too well that Jones is slow to make changes... especially drastic changes. I am dubious about this report.

I don't normally attack media members for doing their job. However, LaConfora is absolutely horrible and is wrong most of the time, works on unwarranted speculation. Not to say that this isn't possible but I'd be trusting this if it was coming from someone else.

He is the catch17 of the media. Pretty much everything he says is the opposite.

I totally believe this is just fishing for clicks. And McCarthy is 100% safe.

However, we do know Jerry loves Kellan, so maybe I can see it?
Jerry will let Moore leave, but not so sure about Quinn.
He might be grooming Quinn for HC possibilities, dont care today though.

Jerry is not firing MM if we lose tomorrow…no way. The way that’s happening is if their was friction between Jones and MM, and I’ve never heard of them having problems.
MM is a Yes man he will be here for a long time
