Moore isn’t special in any way but we did have receivers open a lot…….the 40million dollar QB just can’t find them.

They had 3 pass plays at least within that 14 seconds but I can understand they probably did that run because the pass rush was going to come at the 40, where at the 20, the 49ers might have played more coverage.

The play call wasn't that dumb, the execution was though. I have no doubt they trained how long that play takes and it was achievable with a margin of error built in. But Dak runs 7 yards too far, the ref fumbles at the ball and you lose an additional 5-7 seconds.

That should have been a free play where we gain 10 yards and still have time for two plays.

I have no idea who called that play but it was plenty stupid. They had to have everything go just right for that to work. Dak was stupid for not trying to get out of bounds after 10- yards. But honestly, what were the odds they would get in the end zone anyway?

The original post ignores how terrible Moore has been the entire second half of the season. Whatever team wants him can have that curse of an OC.

Time is more valuable than yards in that situation.
