Supposed offensive guru and QB whisperer who shows up and delegates the offense to Napoleon Dynamite then fails to make Dak any better. To top it off the team is incredibly undisciplined. I'm just not seeing anything that would suggest he's capable.

i want players who make plays in these big games.
thats the one constant regardless of who the coach is.
our plays continually come up short in the big moments.

Jimmie was a hard nosed disciplinarian. This team is soft and has zero discipline. Think I'm done with these cute offenses built on finesse. Of nothing else, let Kellen walk but I'd love to see a defensive coach in charge.
