I voted no only because I think a coach that takes his team to the playoffs in his first 2 years deserves a 3rd year. I think he made better in game decisions as the year went on, but needs to cleanup penalities. Moore on the other hand I'm done with.

No i dont want him to get fired.

This franchise has no chance to hire a coach that actually has real talent or is looking for sporting success.

Under the given owner we should be very happy that we were able to lure him to us.

In two years, what have we seen from MM (not his coordinators) to inspire confidence that he is a good game-day decision maker? And isn’t that really what the head coach is for?

We have poor clock management, regular drive/game killing penalties, poor discipline, a literal WR throwing the football out of bound in a playoff game...and roughly 1/3 of voters want to keep McCarthy.

I just can't even... :facepalm:

Total apples vs oranges ... this is not a rebuild team ,,not an 1-15 team

McCarthy wasn't hired to rebuild .. he was hired to be different maker to bring us over the top .

That was a completely different era.

In this NFL the 2nd season under a head coach is a huge indication on where the future of the franchise is headed.

1 and done against a team Dallas should've beat is a bad sign.

Penalties mean one thing: Bad Coaching . Penalties and lack of discipline is the most clear symptom of bad coaching.
MM has to shoulder these massive penalties.

Jerry shoulders the responsibility of the level of talent vs what was paid. Dak , Zeke, Dlaw are massively overpaid as we can clearly see .

Absolutely! Being undisciplined and one of the most penalized teams in the NFL falls on the head coach.

I would seriously consider Jim Harbaugh. He’s good with quarterbacks (we definitely need for Dak) and extremely disciplined.

We need a coach like him instead of these soft *** yes-men that we’ve had since Phillips!
