Losses are tough....I get a bit surly.....sorry, I'm actually a pretty nice guy. I love football....I'm 55 and I've been involved in it for 48 years....Salud, my friend!

I read your posts and see that you love, and know, football. And you took the high road with me which was gracious, and appreciated. We’ll get them next year, Partner !

Tbh, I'm willing to find out. Let him walk. He can have Trevor Lawrence and we will find out if Prescott and the Jones family affect on the organization held him back.

KM is really smart. I think the problem is he is trying to play to the level of Dak's ability which is limiting what they can do with the playbook.

When will you guys learn that it does not matter how smart you are. Football is about game planning but also intensity and feel of the game

Garrett was smart too but he’s a football idiot. KM is not much better

It doesn't matter, we all know Dak isn't it. So what do we do from here? I'm not going to sit here talking about this ish forever, I'm about solutions and whatever happens has got to start with old Jerry and fat Mike. Something has to happen if we want to move forward.

I want them to start over with a new QB but obviously that's not going to happen. So we need something else to happen then. Maybe we bring in a New QB from the draft and he takes over and Dak becomes the highest paid backup QB in history.

Today is another reminder why he was a 4th round draft pick. Dak is a great guy, a great leader, great teammate, but one thing we have seen and very apparent today, his weaknesses rear there ugly head when it matters most..his intangibles make him a good qb but his talent will always prevent him from being elite

Not! Can we at least stop with the Dak is elite nonsense. Dak is a good QB, but he is not elite and never will be, but he can lead the Boys to a SuperBowl some day, but that will only happen once Zeke and his salary is gone and if Dak gives the Boys some cap relief.
Zeke salary isn’t the problem. Penalties is the difference in Super Bowl and bounced

Draft a QB in the first round. Trade up with picks and/or players to get the guy you want. That’s the first step in this team making a SB run anytime in the near future. This is something JJ will never do but there’s always hope.

Dak played elite level football the first 7 games before his calf injury.

He was the MVP favorite at that point.

But he regressed significantly since then, obviously.

I’m concerned he might end up like Wentz.
Idk why it isn’t brought up more, but Belichick is the one who started this, not the calf. We saw some chinks in the armor with the defensive scheme he showed. Other teams followed and by the end of the season everyone was doing it. The bad teams just couldn’t do it very well.

I hate these threads. Seen them for years to control us angry fans. Funnel them into a free threads so it’s all under control

…..yet they absolutely refuse to make the Rayne Dakota Prescott sub form for all things Dak related…..I wonder why not. They lose their minds if Daks name is brought up in a non Dak thread, so I guess having a Dak only sub forum would cut down on deleted posts, suspensions and warnings

I don't knock Dak for not being elite, there are only about 2 or arguably 3 elite QBs right now in the league. The issue is that he's not a great QB, he's middling. He's around what you get with Carr and Cousins. You can win a Super Bowl with these types of QBs, the problem is, you need a GM and a HC that can build a team to make up for that QBs flaws and mistakes.

I think this is the fairest statement one can make about Dak. He's a good QB, but just like Romo the consistency and playoffs success isn't there. Hope that narrative still changes.

Well if other teams with an NFL head coaching opening believe it's all Dak, Kellen Moore will get hired as a head coach else where. Where he can get to proof if he really is the great head coach material that some make him out to be,

He does not see the field. he just doesn't. I'm a firm believer in this league they make adjustments and its up to you to adjust back. Dak has not. It is a qb driven league. He plays scared. Ever since denver. The league knows it.

the only saving grace is when his deal is up you'd have to pay parsons and diggs ect at that point. Not sooner thankfully. Unless Jerry wants to go for elite coaching (bellicheck type) then maybe dak can win. But he cannot overcome mistakes and ineptitude. He isn't that good.

Seriously if a qb fell in this years draft with potential I would be serious about taking one. You cannot simply bring dak back and "hope" things will get better. We've been here before.
You may be on to something, you think belli would

wrong, Pollard should have been featured. You want to see Zeke start next year?

Dak before calf injury was playing at an MVP level. After the calf injury he clearly wasn’t the same. Not sure what happened. Was hoping we’d hear there’s some undisclosed injury like with Zekes PCL
The only thing Dak cares about is selling merchandise

People want to blame Moore, but I 100% believe that Dak is more of the problem then Moore.

Did you see how many open receivers Dak just didn't see on replays?!
