They couldn't care less what the fans think. Everything they are selling keeps flying off the shelves. And that's the ultimate accountability.

I mean. Jerry and his clan are North Texas Elites. They are Elite in every way you can imagine. And I don't mean Elite in a good way.

Did you know that once a multi-millionaire / Billionaire makes their first 200M dollars, it is not possible for them to read the facial expressions of others? They lose that ability. Why? Because they don't need that ability anymore. So it atrophies. Don't believe me? Look it up.

This franchise is being lead by what amounts to a pod of self-serving, soulless troglodytes. So if you are emotionally invested in that, you need to stop.

If you have to watch the games for old times sake, that's fine. But don't let the FAIL get to you.

And don't give them any of your money. You're just throwing it down a rathole.

I just don't understand why jerry is so hell bent on "doing it his way". Has that guy ever turned on a patriots game. Sure they used to show Brady and Bellicheck. But how many freaking times did they show Kraft and heap praise on him over the past 20 years! A lot is the answer!

Why can't jerry share some of the credit. He'd rather lose with his guy, than win and have to share it.
Hit the nail on the head, you are 100% correct. The fish stinks from the head first.

The Cowboys will never sniff a Super Bowl much less win one as long as Jerry Jones is the face of this team. The players change, coaches change but yet it’s the same old story. They are always a fluff team thats overhyped. Everyone but us seem to get this.

In the 26 years since the Cowboys last won a divisional playoff game, and last appeared in a conference championship, the following have been tried to get back to playoff glory:
  • 6 different head coaches
  • 7 different offensive coordinators
  • 8 different defensive coordinators
  • Over 70 different assistant coaches
  • 20 different QBs have started regular season games and 3 different QBs have started playoff games in that span.
  • One owner/GM
GMs get credit when you win championships. And they get criticism when they don’t. In fact, in 30 other NFL cities the ones not winning playoff games get fired. But not in Big D where if your name is Jones, there is no accountability for failure.

There’s plenty of blame to spread around tonight. The Players, the coaches…they all sucked today. But the guy MOST responsible- BY DESIGN- will be back again next year. One year older and not any wiser.
People were all celebrating when we signed Will McClay to an extension. Me? I was laughing hysterically. Why? Because it comes with the caveat that Jerry retain the GM title AND...AND...he gets the final say on personnel decisions! Why on earth would we be celebrating this BROKEN....BROKEN...structure? We will NEVER win 4 postseason games in a season as long as the carnival barker... who sets the ENTIRE tone for this organization...insists on the structure that has FAILED miserably since Jimmy Johnsons influence left the building. We have averaged ONE...ONE...playoff win every 8 years...since Jimmy Johnsons influence left the building...and yet we continue pushing forward with this BROKEN construct.

wasn't going to post again. But I saw this^ and it hit me. ^^^^THAT is this club 100% in a nutshell. This circus is sad and we the fans deserve better. The Jones' lied..Never put Jimmy J in the Ring...lied 2 we the fans in doing so. It speaks to Jerry and Stevies mindset. Until they are gone, nothing will get better. The ONLY thing that might help,in spite of Jerry, is if we fire McCarthy and hire Sean Payton. I'd even settle for Doug Pedersen. The dude won with a scrub QB. I can't stand with this club anymore. It hurts..its been 26 years. How long we gonna enable Jerry? Dak didnt lose this game, this was a true team loss, from Jerry on Down. Its Karma..and JJ caused it all. He's a snake oil salesman thru and thru. Stevie is version 2.0. Zeke, Oline, and the right HC are key..gives us a small fighting chance at least. MM gives us 0 chance with his sidekick boy Wonder. Let Kellen walk..Hand MM his pink slip. Let Gregory go. Hes dumb.Let connor Williams walk. Cut Biadiasz.

The stories that are going to come out about him will simply confirm what a lot of us already know. Brace yourself.

And no...I am not WISHING death on anyone.

the oline got Dak killed all day. Zeke was invisible. What excuse will Zeke have this time as well as the line? Kellen M. sucked ***. We are indeed the laughing stock. I told Mike Fisher HE might be part of the problem..because he enables Jerry. He rebutted me and told me Dallas isnt the laughing stock. THAT GUY just wants clicks and doesn't care 2 *****. That is the Dallas sports media guys. ALL bought and paid for by Jerry and Mark Cuban. I said it. Know what, I admire Bryan Broaddus. Looking back, he spoke his mind and was let go by Dallas. He spoke the truth and has been this year. The man called it really. I was harsh on him..but I was wrong. He knew what was happening...he never sugar coated it....unlike Mickey Spagnola.

No doubt jerry won't hire a guy he cannot control.

I'm convinced that this team will never win anything until after Jerry is gone. Stephen Jones seems to have his head screwed on better than his father so I have hope for when he takes the reigns.
Don't bet on it

I used to think the same thing...until he got his own radio show. On what planet does this happen? Even though I think it is STUPID for Jerry to on the radio breaking down strategy and gameplans...at least Jerry is the owner/GM. Why on earth does Stephen have a radio bit?

Now hold on. Perhaps you have forgotten we are the most profitable franchise? Now that is all fans care about [insert sarcasm here]. Winning playoff games is old school and only happens when Landry or Jimmy is in charge.

Will is the ONLY reason this team has 12 wins. Without him this team is a sub 500 team every year. We had 2 keep him. Hes in high demand. But Jerry and Steve have 2 go away.

I’ve been guilty of having “hope” this year. I’m too old not to have known better.
Not me. When Mike McCarthy had his 1st clock management gaffe this year....I was on alert. When he did it 3 more times...I KNEW...KNEW...we had nothing with this guy. For a guy to be in and around football as long as he has...there is no way you screw up SIMPLE clock management situations...MULTIPLE times....in the SAME season. That tells me you are NOT an attention to details guy...and that filters down to the lockeroom and the most penalized team in the NFL.

The fact is, we still haven’t beat a winning team. Eagles. Need AC Moore. And patriots. Same thing. We’re better than the weak . We’re just not good enough against the best. 3. 4 missing pieces, But that becomes redundant because you don’t know what’s going to happen with free agency and everything else. It is what it is. I enjoyed the season. A little disappointed in the playoffs. Because anything can happen. And that’s the only reason

The only thing we know about Stephen is that he memorized the salary cap rules. But make no mistake, he has arrogance and hubris to spare just like his old pappy.

I personally think Stephen is going to make a worse owner/GM than Jerry when his time comes.
He should by now be strong enough to tell and convince Jerry that we need a proper GM and not an owner who likes to think he is one, because if he can’t tell Jerry this, he’s either too weak or actually he’s also thinking having the owner as GM isn’t a problem.
