Zeke can't run.

Coaches won't play pollard.

Dak missing wide open receivers.

Dak forcing check downs when the deep wr is wide open.

Mike, Moore, Dak and anyone else who told or allowed Dak to run into the middle of the field for 13 yards when we only had 6 seconds left to run out the clock and ice our own game.
For real!
The one drive we look good pollard runs it great. So what do our coaches do? Never use him again.

zeke is a moron. I knew as soon as the season was over he was going to say he was injured. And people can say man I give it to him for being tough but im sorry he hurt the team by taking away opportunities from pollard. I know we can’t cut him till after the next season cuz cap hit but I’m ready to say good riddance. AND the coaches knowing he’s hurt play him a ton anyway cuz we pay him the most and lord knows the cowboys love to play guys based on salary and not ability.

This game made me take off the rose colored glasses with dak. Hes not the guy. Hes not a good qb. You have 3 mins and 3 timeouts to win game and can’t do it. The worst thing about this loss to me is the realization we will never sniff a nfc championship with him and we’re stuck with him.

And sadly I think tyrons best days are behind him. Was a liability tonight. Whole o line besides martin was crap.

This game made me realize no matter how good we are, we are ultimately doomed. This team was the best we’ve looked in decades in my opinion and still one and done.

Lack for real football accountability is non-existent up to the owner...and all accountability doesn't drop from there. Period!

That’s not true. McClay gives Jerry a deep dive into the talent pool and makes recommendations. Jerry makes the picks. Jerry hires the coaches. Jerry attends coaches meetings. He looks at offensive game plans. He has made it crystal clear he is still calling the shots.

How do I know this? Because he’s been saying it publicly. If you think Jerry has passed his power on to others, you’re literally not listening to him. He’s calling the shots.

Yep, all in the name of wanting credit. He's spent almost 3 decades trying to prove he and Stephen are "football guys", each failure being met by firing other people.

How in the world anyone still thinks it's anyone else's fault is beyond me. 7 coaches, over 20 QBs, two constants - Jerry & Stephen. 2022 will be more of the same.

Will McClay is our GM in practice and has been for some time. The last draft Jerry truly controlled was nearly a decade ago.
Keep telling yourself that, most don't believe it, Jerry controls everything he's said so over and over. And taking a Taco over a Watt says it all. Jerry sucks as a GM and has said he would fire a GM that performed like he does.

Saw lots of threads this season worrying about whether ol' Jerry would get his beloved credit, be it for a draft pick or "#1 ranked offense", so why stop now?

Let's give ol' Jerry some more credit for being the only favored home team to lose this weekend. Good job, Jerry!

There is absolutely no way Jerry or Stephen take any blame for this loss. Most likely they will count their money and head off to his yacht for a nice warm vacation.

We have fans who are victims of the NFL's version of Stockholm Syndrome. They know the Joneses are going nowhere, so they can't blame them for anything that happens. They stand by the Joneses because they have no choice as Cowboys fans, and tell themselves they aren't the problem because they need a reason for hope.

No need to holler or *****. Jerry and Stephen will continue to count their billions cause this is a great business and they rely on OPM "Other People's Money". You have to look at the gullible fans and corporate types who shell
out big bucks to keep Jerry and his family in golden quan.

I don’t know. Jerry Jones and his system, whatever the hell that is, put together a team that was filled with talent. Him and McClay got a loaded offense and a surprisingly good defense.

Unkess you’re criticizing him for the Prescott contract. Jerry can’t make Dak throw to open receivers. I didn’t watch that game tonight and have Jerry Jones cross my mind on the list of reasons they lost.

Accountability - When you want the buck to stop at you, then you must accept the criticism and the all the responsibility.

He built a good roster that should have gone much further but he probably hired the wrong coaches to carry out the vision.

Mistake holding onto Moore from Garrett. His offense started great, but never adapted the run or to new looks defenses provided. I don't know what McCarthy does behind closed doors with his staff, but never cleaned up the most pentalized unit. Yes there were some ridiculously bad calls, but starting to wonder if staff and player accountability happens.

"Good" roster, yes. Jerry thinks it's a great one, pays accordingly, and says it's "Super Bowl or bust" time. When bust comes in the wild card round, you look kinda silly.

The love affair with Kellen Moore is strange. You bring in an offensive head coach but keep the OC from the prior regime. McCarthy was willing to go along with it, so he got the job.
