Free agents
The Cowboys have 24 free agents, 21 of them unrestricted.

Noah Brown, WR not necessary

Corey Clement, RB not necessary

Michael Gallup, WR I thought this was his last year, as another team would offer him a lot. With AC surgery, he may not get top offers and be willing to resign with BOYS.

Mitch Hyatt**, OL not necessary

Ty Nsekhe, OL not necessary

Dalton Schultz, TE no choice other than to resign

Jeremy Sprinkle, TE not necessary

Malik Turner, WR try to resign; he has some speed we need.

Connor Williams, OL let him go; never reached premier level; a penalty machine

Cedrick Wilson, WR resign a must ; makes plays;

Defense (12)

Dorance Armstrong, DE Had a career year, finally. Worth keeping, but if someone offers him major $, he is gone

Francis Bernard**, LB resign to decent K

Maurice Canady, CB resign to decent K; if not bye bye

Luke Gifford*, LB resign to decent K

Randy Gregory, DE Must resign!!! Must have his great pass pressure; he needs to stop his wasteful and harmful penalties

Malik Hooker, S resign to decent contract

Damontae Kazee, S resign to decent contract

Jayron Kearse, S Must resign; an impact player with great height

Keanu Neal, LB If he seeks big bucks, don't pay him; missed lots of action this year

Brent Urban, DE no need to resign

Leighton Vander Esch, LB Resign him. We have no LB's on squad; he played much better in late season;

Carlos Watkins, DE resign if possible, good in rortation

Special teams (2)

Bryan Anger, P Best ever for Boys. Make him happy.

Jake McQuaide, LS resign

Def don’t resign LVE… if Randy Gregory wants a big contract I would let him walk, don’t make the same mistake we did with D-Law. Cut Blake jarwin and use that money for Schultz, jarwin is always hurt.
^AMEN^ Why in the world would anyone wanna sign and keep Randy here after that **** show he put on yesterday? I agree.

After yesterday you have to let Randy walk. What kind of message are you sending bringing him back after the stunt he pulled.

Gallup will probably resign because of the injury/ Wilson gone. Kearse, I would resign. Gregory to a short term contract or walk. Shultz, I would try to resign. The rest, I would say thanks for your services.

Since LVE bulked up he's just a bit too slow to be effective

Schultz, Wilson and Kearse.

Similar to the Lewis and Brown contracts that didn't break the bank.
IF not, let them walk too.

Kearse and WIlson are the only two must for me all the rest can go,

if Gregory comes cheap maybe, for his mental health he should probably stay where he gets support if he signs a big deal else where I could see huge issues with him so not sure anyone will do that.

Brent Urban, DE no need to resign

Its not an accident that the run D when to crap when he got hurt. He made a difference and should be re-signed TODAY. He's not going to get a big deal but he's the only proven interior run defender we have
