This is the second game straight where the coach, QB etc blamed refs. Dak told reporters “kudos to them” when he found out the fans threw debris at refs. McCarthy whined about “letting them play.” Sorry but this is what happens when a team has no backbone and sn owner allows excuses. It’s trash. Refs aren’t making your guys jump offsides or put hands to the face or have false starts. Trash attitude
Were they throwing debris at the refs or throwing debris at Dak and this team?

The Cowboys simply got beat up in the game, but anyone who is saying there isn't a ref problem is lying. It's funny how 'the right calls' are only being called for one team, and that's the issue with the NFL is the biased officiating used to tilt games. All of the rhetoric about outplaying the refs is utter nonsense. With evenly matched teams, you can't 'outplay the refs' when they are extending drives for the other team through penalties or wiping your drives out with weak holding calls that they don't conveniently call on the other team. The overofficiating in these games has turned the NFL into a circus and has vastly diminished my enjoyment of the game. I'm not sure if I'm going to follow next season much anymore. The game simply isn't that fun to watch with the nonstop penalty fest. You can barely even enjoy a big play any more.

I’m not sure if on Micah but I did count about 4 times when they had big first down runs…over 10 times..called back on holdings. I just don’t think we should feed into an excuse culture. We came out flat and got beat physically a lot of the time. Just looked sloppy.
Dont know if it was that many times, still trying to stomach the thought of going back and reviewing.

Any time there is a big play by the Cowboys, Im conditioned now to be on the edge of my seat and trying to scan the field for any yellow flags.

A lot needs need to happen, add talent, take accountability and yes call out the refs too, those crooked sob's. It's not an excuse but just an observation it's not being called straight.

Call 'em out

It's shocking to read some of these comments of people supporting throwing stuff at the refs and blaming the refs for the loss.

I am not sure how you were raised, what part of the country you came from, or even your age, but I couldn't disagree more with your views and opinions. I don't think there is much I would even have in common with those people and you are the type of people I would avoid at gatherings.

Win the Bleeping game. Take the decision out of the refs hands. All this other stuff is trashy teen angst behavior.

I do believe the refs have influence on games but yesterday, about 8 of the Cowboys 14 penalties were presnap or unforced. False start, offsides, delay of game, DL hands to the face, Gregory holding a blocker for no reason, etc. It's one thing to be constantly flagged for OL holding or pass interference but the majority of yesterday's flags were just due to players not being ready to play.

The lack of accountability is getting even worse than in was in the Romo era. Constantly blaming refs in press conferences after losses is an all time low. Jerry really has poisoned this franchise.

It's stupid and a lame excuse to why they lost, but I get the frustration. It's obvious Dallas was under the microscope by the refs. Any little thing gets flagged while other teams are doing what they want. Again, not an excuse, but it does get old when every time your team makes a play there is laundry being thrown.

All we ask for is consistency. Remember when a Bucs player took their helmet off on the field against Dallas during a crucial part of the game? No flag. This weekend a Buc did the same thing. Flagged.
