Henry and Taylor receive the kind of defensive attention Zeke fans believe Zeke gets. They find ways to still get yards despite being stuffed many times due to the attention. They usually make teams pay eventually. Zeke lost that ability very early in his career.
Again.......compare our OL with Titans and Colts OL. That's all you need to do. Forget the hate about Zeke for a moment.......just for a moment. Can you see it now?
I'm trying to help you. The team may actually do Zeke a favor by releasing him. And while the Board will glee about it........watch what happens to TPollard and the run game then with a tweak or two to our OL. All I'm sayin'.

Place Derrick Henry and Taylor behind our line........and then watch. It's really simple. Did you see the middle of the OL get their manhood taken yesterday?
years later, nobody gets that any success in the running game depends upon the OL. Both those guys have top notch OL...

Zeke has had the luxury of consistently running behind a good offensive line for the duration of his career. He has also has better QB play and WR weapons than those 2 backs.
He also faces significantly less stacked boxes.

So, while they may have a better OLine now, Zeke’s is not chopped liver. Zeke just can’t get big plays to offset him getting stuffed.

The way things are going. You could say the same about a quarterback

Well luckily we were able to find a very good quarterback in the 4th round. That normally doesn't happen.

Now as far as Zeke goes, I still think he's a very solid back, but our offensive line don't open many holes anymore.

You can criticize Zeke for many things and rightfully so; but you can't question his effort and putting his body on the line.
He will be in a wheel chair at 50 because he's sacrificing his body right now.

You stuck on Zeke.......that is the problem. The Chicken before the Egg theory. That is why our OL looks like it does. No one wants to recognize or correct the issue. Pay a man, expect him to do more than he can despite flaws around him. RB is a dependent position. But you think THenry and Taylor could slice and dice with our OL. There you have it.

I'm a Zeke fan and hope he is released. I also recognize plays that a RB should be making. Its almost like wanting Emmitt Smith to be a Barry Sanders and penalize him for it. We had plays designed for Zeke going outside on short yardage, yesterday, and everyone knows he is a between the tackles runner. Let me stop, the haters are on their way.

Well, Zeke continues to need excuses for his lack of performance. Haters continue to be proven right. There is no doubly Henry and Taylor would do better because they have the ability to create things on their own and take advantage of holes for big games and Zeke doesn’t. It’s why Pollard looks better than Zeke too.

We good.....Zeke the Fall Guy for 2022. Done. Hope the rest of the problems get addressed. Pollard looks better than Zeke, but the OC never plays him like so. Hmmm! Guess you want Big Mike fired immediately and the keys to the broken car handed to Kellen the Great. Got it.

the offensive line, both with the execution and penalties cost us the game ..ill paste and cut this on all threads looking for answers. they torpedoed so many drives i lost count.:mad::(

all those plays all game before that especially on the drive before and after halftime is on dak?> the sunlight the OL mistakes being behind the chains. I mean its blatantly obvious to actual fans to why we lost the game

the OL that's if. Other penalty's come in 2nd like pre-snap on the DL what 3 of them?

real fans who aren't emotional right now see why we lost...mistakes on the lines you win and lose in the trenches, and it cost us on both sides.

This isn’t new. Us Zeke haters noticed his decline in 2017 when he went from 5.1 ypc down to 4.1 ypc and noticed his weight increased and his speed decreased. It’s been an argument ever since. Haters have been right the entire time.

He's worn down, and I know Dallas can't cut him next season, but if they come out and make him starter instead having him battle in training camp position then it's just the same old same old in Dallas. No way he should be starting again
his feet are so slow and it takes him a while to get going......he is probably at about 4.8 speed right now.....

Personnel decisions are on the HC. MM has the ultimate say in who is on the field. If he sees the best RB available on the team isn't being played, it's on him to have him out there. Moore is not the boss.

2017......we in 2022. Let that sink in. That's what you're hanging on regarding the embarrassment yesterday, 16 Jan 22? 2017? It's ok......we got revealed as P-R-E-T-E-N-D-E-R-S.

True.....but let's just stop the excuse making for Moore.

Were you saying this in Zeke's rookie year and after, when he was lighting it up. Problem is the franchise has been poor with picking OL. Tyron should retire, and Zack can't cover for everyone on the line. Pass protection is shaky now and we have an OC that doesn't care about running the ball or placing players (TPollard) in their scheme.
Yeah, I never wanted Dallas to draft a rb that high and definitely didn't want them to give him a second contract

If you can't see that his play is killing the offense then you just don't want to see it. It is really starting to remind me of Jaylon. No matter how incredible bad Jaylon was people would still defend him. This is starting to feel the same way.
