You can all Hate on Dak. You can all Hate on Mike. You can all hate on Moore. but this is the product the GM put together. this is the culture he created when the QB, the franchise QB, the face of the team calls out the refs and says its OK for the fans to pelt the referees. the excuse culture as some called it. that made me angry more than anything else.

its been 26+ years of frustration. every few years, a play off apperance and then disappearance. one win once in a while and then we lay an egg.

this franchise is soft. the GM/owner makes excuses and everyone around him picks up on it and does the same. the GM/owner points fingers at everyone but himself and everyone picks up on it.

This organization lacks discipline at the top and it just flows to everyone on the team. 14 penalties. that's embarassing from a playoff team. no team should succeed if they committ 14 penalties. and we didn't. 5 of them pre-snap....FIVE....that's on the players. I can be ok with one. maybe two..but FIVE and all the same dang idiotic mistakes....and I am OK with some game penalties. sometimes you are not good and you make mistake. but some of the penalties are fundamental stupid mistakes.

Jerry said he was disappointed yesterday. its all and act to show the fans that he gets us. its all about the money. putting out rumors that change is coming. I will get rid of those who anger you. Jerry you should be disappointed in yourself, because this is the house you built...(including the east/west aligned stadium that causes sun glare).

so until Jerry retires or leaves....this is the best it gets. Dak's will come and go as QBs did before him. Coopers and CDs will come and go as Dez and others did before them. we will find the next player to get mad at and target and hate. we will find the next coach to blame....but results will not change. the sooner we accept that, the easier it will be.

  • 6 different head coaches
  • 7 different offensive coordinators
  • 8 different defensive coordinators
  • Over 70 different assistant coaches
  • 20 different QBs have started regular season games and 3 different QBs have started playoff games in that span.
  • One owner/GM

Jerry gets all the "credit" for his team's results, which is all he's ever wanted.

Of course, he won't actually own the negatives. Those are the fault of other people. Time to do some more firing. :rolleyes:

It seems he was blaming Jerry for the BS Dak was spewing at the podium.

Jerry is certainly worthy of some serious criticism but blaming him for what comes out of the mouth of another man is delusional.

Is Dak a "grown *** man" and an exceptional leader or his he not?

Dak should have never felt he could say that....he is stupid. the team is stupid...... you want to just hate on Dak, by all means do. but in the end. Dak is a player, put in place by the GM. allowed to act this way because GM tolerates excuses and allows this culture...

but there are about 24 other I hate dak threads....please contribute....

but before Dak, there was Romo and before him Bledsoe and before him Carter....its been the same dang results through 7 coaches and 8 OCs and DCs......

one single constant....Jerry Jones.

That is what you are saying if you go with this narrative.

Speaking of all those other QB's..... there should be plenty of clips of those guys blaming the refs and encouraging violence after a loss. Line them up and shut me up.

We are lacking at so many levels: QB, undisciplined players in general, poor coaching, lack of front office leadership.

Some problems are deeply entrenched and won’t change, so we should expect the same results as we’ve seen for the past 25 years.

OP is SPOT ON!!!!!! We can all bash Dak, the other players, coaches, etc…but there is 1 person that has created this imaginary place where Dallas is supposedly in the SB hunt every year and allows the players to buy into this BS - Jerry. There is a reason he would NEVER step down from GM and let a REAL GM run the show and actually hold EVERYONE (from the coaches on down accountable) - he would not get the credit if/when that person gets it right.

Yep it isn't like we haven't had talent over the years. Its like when Jerry Jones finally discovered we needed to draft lineman to be successful. After Romo used to run for his life in games.

He refuses to hire the right coaches. The guy is so weak minded for a billionaire. He needs to do it his way cause of how things happened with Jimmy Johnson.

When parcells came in and won with inferior talent that should have been a wake up call. Jerry still didn't care.
