He's is OC in name only -- Shanahan calls all the plays. Same thing with GB's OC is making the rounds, he doesn't call the plays -- LaFleur does.

Worth an interview. I love the Shanahan's. Easier to replace the running backs in that system and takes the pressure off any QB especially if you do not have 1 of the 3 elite guys.

I just want to hire him because he would look more like a 22 year old hipster who would look more like a Cowboys blogger at BtB that you might meet at your local brew pub than a NFL HC.

He looks like a guy who would tell you to try this beer aged with goat's milk.
