Cooper rush can get us 17 points, especially since 7 of those were the result of a defensive turnover giving us short yardage. In all seriousness dak should now be seen as a stop gap player. That means we must aquire and develop a QB so we can let Dak walk in a couple years.

There are no plan Bs when it comes to QBs.

How is the Saints, Colts, Denver, Steelers, plan Bs working out? Isnt Tomlinson and Peyton two ELITE qbs and they have top notch management, right? Where is their plan B? and wala... just like that Tomlinson and Peyton about to learn what avg feels like in the NFL. Dolphins have been trying to replace Marino for like 30 years. It isnt easy.

Dak is what he is, but we arent drafting in the top 5 any time soon. So unless you try drafting guys in the 2-4 rds and hit lightning in a bottle, you get what you get.
I guess you could move up and try to get lucky like the Chiefs did... other than that, you are stuck with what you got.

But am I supposed to love Dak because he is the "Best," option we have?

Jerry saw to it there is no plan B. Unless you can get Bill out of New England and...yeah, nevermind.

Actually, getting Dak away from a Garrett-style offense would be helpful. I said last year he needs to not have a Garrett-style. WCO would be better or something that allows him to release the ball more quickly. Better coaches would be helpful.

I do not disagree with your assessment. Maybe we can call the Dolphins and get some advice on how to find that elite qb?

Yup, first Romo and now Dak. It isn't the QB that's the problem. Look in the owner's box.

good thing we will lose more games next year thus upping our chances a QB falls to us the draft after next.

I know, but then you gotta remember that Jerry is the owner, and his idea of QBs are Paxton Lynch, Brandon Weeden, and Johnny Manziel.

I'm not talking about McCarthy. I'm talking about Moore.

Wasnt the great John Elway's idea of a QB also Paxton Lynch?

Please stop with the Jerry garbage, because what % of QBs drafted actually hit? 5%? That tells me a whole lot about drafting QBs... as in it is ALL LUCK. yes, ALL LUCK. First, you need a top 5 pick. Then you need to pray you drafted the guy that actually becomes a Peyton Manning.

Anything drafted out of the top ten that ends up being HOF worthy is ALL LUCK, otherwise said qb wouldnt have lasted outside the top 10.
Just remember there was serious debate on who should be drafted first, Ryan Leif or Payton Manning... and it was split pretty evenly among all of the experts.

So Mike gets a pass??????? why?

I'm not saying Mike is completely scott-free on this, but I gave Garrett 3 years and I'm giving Mike the same. Moore, however, has been here with Dak longer than Mike, so he should know better what works better with Dak.

And then we can put all that out our heads and draft the next talented QB that falls to us in the draft . . . we got 3 years to pull it off. . . No need to reach . . . just let the draft come to us

IM not sure how you can blame the O Coordinator for a QB that has open receivers(Telling me the right play was called) and the QB simply cant throw them the ball consistently in a place where they can catch it.
