But every other playoff game he played does not support this ridiculous assertion.

It is so weird the emphasis people have put on certain games this year after he didn't play for most of last year after a horrific injury that threatened his career.

Not a whisper about the guy in the wheelchair who is lining up behind him though.

…….true, that’s why I spoke only of yesterdays game. The numbers show a clear regression

Second half 6-3 68.94 267.11 19 5 101.93 19 7.23 24 60 1 8
Playoff 0-1 53.49 254 1 1 69.3 5 5.91 4 27 1 1

By looking at these numbers...

Very clear what is the problem: the Oline.

The numbers show a clear disappearance of our run game too. Like non existent.

Dan Marino is the only QB i have seen that thrived with no threat of a run game.

Ya he played bad.

AND?

So we should just cut him? Where was all of this help he got? HINT: there was none. Especially with guys dropping balls, having penalties and the highest paid RB in the league averaging 2.5 ypc.

He gets a pass though. He has been abysmal all year yet DAK is the only one who gets any blame. BTW, those "weapons" that he has...have all been abysmal too.
At some point you have to stop with all the excuses.
Dak is a failure as a franchise QB,, maybe someday he can be a good back up to Rush.

:banghead:
Just banging my head brother.
Not having the greatest day.
I hear you brother.

I'm pissed at everyone, including Dak.

We really need a better Oline Coach who knows how to fix our Oline. Our inner Dline needs to be fixed as well, plus some other positional players.

Fix the trenches and we will see much better results.

PS: Everyone needs to improve, fix their mistakes and play better, including coaches.

PSS: Team did improve this year from last year...but needs to keep improving next year.

Are you talking about yardage rankings or points allowed rankings when you say that?

Because Carolina and New England and Philly were all top 10 defenses in yards, and Dak was great against each of them.

The Patriots and Bucs were top 10 in points allowed, and Dak was great against both of them too.

Just because you dislike him for personal biases, doesn't mean you're entitled to make up your own alternate version of history where Dak didn't play great against multiple top 10 defenses, dum-dum.

He wasn't any good yesterday in a home playoff game where we were favorites. He blew it..he really stunk the place up.

Dak stunk the place up yesterday all by himself. To bad he wasn’t playing the 3rd sting 9ers then maybe he would of excelled

I don't care what the stats say. Anyone watching the games could see he was not the same player after the Denver game as he was before. He had a couple good games against scrub defenses in the 2nd half of the season but struggled most of the games

But he was not good following the Denver game. Anyone that doesn't believe that has blinders on.
Agreed

you’re talking to people with the agenda to prop up an average QB because they lobbied hard for him to get paid 42 million per year. If they back off now they will look stupid (like they are) so instead they will try to poke holes

these same people made the same excuses for Garrett
Hilarious how the Dak lynch mob claims they were right when they've already been proven wrong. Keeping him was better than losing him, and we paid what it costs to keep a QB. It's reality.

These dum-dums gloss over the fact that their plan to avoid signing Dak to a market-value contract was to let him walk last offseason for a 2022 3rd Round compensatory pick and to trade up for one of the awful rookie QBs at the top of the last draft. Which torpedoes our offense by saddling us with a bad QB (and I'm talking about an actually bad one, not a guy who posts a passer rating of 104 and throws 3.7 touchdowns for every 1 interception but they call him bad anyway for reasons tied to their own personal biases).... but it also costs us Micah Parsons in the last draft, so now our defense is much, much worse. And it probably costs us at least our 2022 1st round. Maybe more 1st's if they really shoot the moon and go up for Trevor Lawrence instead of settling for Zack Wilson.

So they'd have us sitting here with a dreadful offense and a dreadful defense right now and moving forward. But, you know, we'd have stood up to Dak for being too uppity and not knowing his place. So the Dak haters would be happy about that, even if it means going 5-12 and having no helpful 1st round picks to show for it for a few years.

hey dum dum, in this scenario we have 42 million per year to spend in FA for 5 years instead of paying a mediocre QB who runs scared when the lights come on

see how that works
