Moore should be able to figure out how to get Cooper, Lamb more involved against good teams. Offense really didn’t play well last half of season
Moore doesn’t have enuf experience. Best OC in the league is J McDaniel with NE. Dak needs to be coached up, makes dumb decisions. And $75 Mill this year and $34mil next, JJ an idiot

I still can't get over the pregame yesterday, where we were shown video shots of each team in the tunnel. Niners jumping up & down, jacked-up, ready to run out there and blow stuff up on the field. The Cowboys looking at their shoelaces. Game over, right then.

The only time we've seen this Dallas team enthused about performing the jobs they're lucky to have is when they're running up the score on some rebuilding, injury-ridden, or COVID-devastated opponent. A culture-thing, that comes from the head down.

The worst mistake Mike made was agreeing to let Moore be the coordinator. Mike made his own bed and so he has to lie in it.

I wanted to say yes but I said no. You start firing coaches so often who the heck is gonna want to come? You can’t change GM anyways. If KM stays I hope he learned his lesson in the playoffs with that weak game plan.

I do think KM is smart enough to get better at his job. Hope it hurts and dissects the crap out of the game.

Who's idea was it to keep running injured RBs without bringing in help? Fire them. Who coached the O line? Fire them.

The overarching problem on this team is that there is no "leader," and no one is responsible for anything. Stephen A. - as much as I despise his act - hit the nail on the head today. A five-alarm institutional defect that needs to be fixed right quick.

I'm not sure what Mike McCarthy knows about football, or why he is here? He's not in charge of the offense. Not in charge of the defense. Not in charge of the special teams. Doesn't call plays in any facet of the game; the coordinators are given latitude to run wild on their own islands. This is perhaps the only team in the NFL whose coordinators are better-known than the HC. Not inspiring anyone in the most sorry, uninspired Cowboys locker room in memory. Not in charge of personnel decisions, or team discipline. Not the face of the franchise, either pre- or post-game. What does this guy do? Except concoct preposterous, ignominious excuses for the most elementary coaching failures throughout the season. The ultimate stooge of a HC...which is precisely why the Jones braintrust likes him so much.

McCarthy was an uninspired hire who came with stories of being lazy and lacking football smarts. Can't say that what we have seen in two seasons conflicts with those stories.

That being said, firing him won't fix the issues with this football team. The real change needs to happen in the ivory tower. All the coaches are in this scheme are fall guys.
