Im still very very thankful he’s not Garrett and I’m still happy for that but he’s trash. Less trash than Garrett but still bad. He does zilch.
Defensive penalties allow them to score twice on drives. And then we went 100 yard backwards because of offensive penalties

The excuses already began, blame the refs.

They will self evaluate and find more excuses to run it back with this same team, less some half decent pieces, sell it to the gullible and by end of draft weekend , those same goldfish will be calling us haters again and trying to show how 100% Cowboys they are.

Nothing changes - you pray we don’t lose Quinn.

We also pray we draft Oline in Rd 1 and pray KM gets a job somewhere else so the new OC can vouch to keep Cooper because we have sabotaged his prime

Dallas has to wait to see what is happening. Rash gets you nothing.
MM should be gone but who do you replace him with. You can't replace from within and expect anything but the same as you already have.
Sorry but Wonderboy won't cut it. NO discipline. DQ won't either or he would have fixed the problems already.
So that leaves you going outside of the organization without knowing whether DQ or Wonderboy is already taking another position.

Then there is the personnel issues which can't be resolved this year because you cannot cut the underachieving overpaid Dak or Zeke due to their contracts.
So the first step is to calm down. Step two evaluate your coaches, players, and find out who will/won't be here. Step three, find out who wants any of your players and what they will trade for them -- even if you don't do the trade it is nice to know. Make a plan accordingly.

We will do what we have been doing for the last 26 years, Jerry and Jr being in the way. They have there puppet coach and that is the way they like it. No more JJ and Tuna coaches.
Jerry wants to be the first to win a SB with a coach who previously many seasons ago won one with another team. Buck the trend and prove you were right is JJ 's mantra about players as well as staff.

No HC will ever be allowed to run the team again as long as Booger draws breath. His experience with Parcells and not being the celebrity made sure of that.

This, he couldn’t stand it with the tuna doing his great pressers and no camera time for him, it was killing him.

They about to restructure Dak's contract to exacerbate the crisis.

The salary cap will determine what they do. They have 22 unrestricted free agent so we’re going to lose some talent. Doubt we’ll have as talented a roster next season. I don’t think our approach to free agency will be any different. I certainly don’t see us going after any real high priced free agents. The team we’ll have to bank on the draft.

I think Jerry gets mad but then the next day he tells himself there is a chance it’ll still work out.

Same reason he stubbornly stayed with Garret all those years.

He’s so fixated on winning a title his way even if there is a glimmer of hope hell try it again.

They have already done the only successful thing they know how to do. Steal money from the fans.

I want to see Mike call plays or bring in an Oc he’s confident in. I’m tired of JG/Linny offense. At least those tools ran the ball. Any offense that doesn’t feature your stud playmakers I’m not a fan of. While I love the distribution this season, we need that go to guy when times get hard. We didn’t have one…..

If I'm reading this correctly we are currently over the salary cap next by 26 million. We're going to lose so much talent next year. And I don't want to restructure contracts cuz that's what's killing us to begin with. This roster was the most talented roster we'll have for a while and we blew it.

So If I'm reading this correctly we have 22 unrestricted FA's and we're 26 million over the cap. Not good. But I'm happy that Dak and Zeke feel respected with their current salaries because it's going to be them and a bunch of minimum wage scrubs.

We can’t win big games with Dak’s arm. We need a ground and pound gameplan like the 9ers have to win without franchise QB.

Or will we just get the status quo off-season of letting good players go to other teams, signing scrubs, and drafting?

From what I can tell they are prepared to line up and try the same thing again next year and hope for a different result. So it looks like next year is a total waste already.

I’m very pro fire McCarthy. I have no idea who you replace him with. I hated the hire to begin with. He was awful in year 1 and he was a horrible in game coach this season and only beat bad teams all season.

He offers nothing to this team at all and right now your team and fan base need some hope going forward and you’re just telling everyone we’re going to line up and do it all again?

You can’t keep McCarthy… I have no idea who you replace him with but we’re a sloppy team with poor in game management. The guy does nothing.

Shannahan single handedly out coached the entire Cowboys staff yesterday. How do you just give this a pass?

A lack of Tony Pollard for a month? Never figuring out how to beat cover 2 and watching your QB regress as the season goes on with never having an answer?

Or the beauty of all beauties was our 2 minute offense yesterday and them running the ball before the 2 minute warning and wasting a play?

Their hands are tied. They already might lose both coordinators. Daks contract hamstrings free agent acquisitions.

The only move that would really make a big difference is finally getting Sean Payton here. We need a head coach who is not only smart but can inspire the players. Sean Payton is that guy. MM not so much. I don't think he inspires or motivates anyone. He's a glorified OC who should be up in the booth calling plays.
