Why all the nostalgia for Romo?

As for the 2007 playoffs - Romo played about as poorly as Favre and Brady did against that Giants D.

I am telling you Romo played for 12 seasons and had a playoff wins. 2. The nostalgia over Romo is hysterical. You remember all those last game playoff clinchers that Romo botched? You remember those?

There were playoff and elimination games where Romo and the Cowboys offense couldn't even score 10 points. So, it's not like Romo and the offense was always able to light it up, in big games or important games. Some seem to think that Romo played lights out in every single big game the Cowboys had with him as the QB.

And in that game against Washington, the defense held Washington to 21 points and the offense was only able to score 18 points with Romo. While Romo had the chance with the final drive to get the win and he threw a game ending INT. Again some seem to have this revisionist history with Romo, that the Cowboys never lost games in similar fashion like they have lost in Dak's era. Or that Romo was always able to overcome and win big games at the end every single time.
