Regardless of which coordinators they bring in, which talent they draft, the reality is that they will never win anything with this head coach. Why you ask? Simple, you don’t just all of a sudden handle clock management well..it’s been a failure his entire career..keeping him on is Jerry and company excepting the fact that until he’s gone this team is just in a holding pattern to whomever takes over…so why wait?

The Jones’s don’t care.

Their words and actions are completely different. Jerry can say he’d pay all this money or whatever to win but it’s a big lie.

Expect status quo behavior and results.

Jerry won’t hire a better HC though, the next guy he hires will be no better or worse. The dysfunction lies very deep.

They aren’t winning the super bowl next season and Fat Mike will be fired anyway..so why waste a year

On this team it's the coordinators and Will McClay that make the biggest difference, the HC just makes game time decisions and schedules practice.

the jones boys are quite insane, so trying to use logic , or make sense of what they do or dont do, just doesnt work , because they are insane.

Again JJ just wants to win one more his way before he dies. He could care less about a dynasty. He just cares about his legacy. While the fans suffer.

It's odd....Big Mac didn't have these flaws when he was in Greenbay.
