We lost this game in the 90s when Jerry’s ego could not handle Jimmy getting credit . Ever since then with the exception of Parcells ( which did not last long ) he’s hired meat head yes men.

MM is an OC. He is not a leader of men or a motivator. The most important part of his job is making sure the team is mentally prepared to take the field. He failed miserably Sunday.

What a joke! Zero accountability with this guy.
It’s always “Kellen’s clock was blocked “… “We didn’t call a time out because (insert bull**** excuse)”.
What does he actually do? Having your players ready to play a game is actually part of the head coaches job! Being the highest penalized team in the league falls on the head coach for lack of discipline.
When players make the same boneheaded penalties over and over again, it’s blatant that they don’t take you serious. He needs to be fired. There’s no reason to wait until mid season next year, the wheels are already falling off and it’s only going to get worse.
I’m anxious to see what the Jones’s will do if DQ gets a head coaching offer. I don’t think they actually let him leave, instead I’m hoping they fire McCarthy to retain DQ!

When you play for the cowboys there is pressure every game. People love you or hate you. But there is still pressure. We need players and coaches that can take that and feed off of it. Most of our guys looked scared in that game Sunday (at least at the beginning).
If they thought that was pressure what would happen if we made a SB.
That’s the most discouraging aspect. If we get to the playoffs again I have 0 confidence in us even winning a game. Because we fold when the light are on

Imagine being nervous, I mean feeling angst about playing a team that was talking **** all week. The fact that everybody in that locker room wasn’t locked, loaded, and ready to hit anything in a red jersey in the mouth from the jump tells me all I need to know about this team.

Here I thought we lost the game because of the Ten Toe Sloth, the slowest QB in the league reading defenses and locating open receivers and TEs which allowed the 9er defense to load the box with ELEVEN PLAYERS because the Sloth refused to pass the ball.

I might believe there’s something to what he’s saying but as long as he’s held pressers he doesn’t know the way to speak. Something like, ‘ we were a little tight comeing out of the locker room’ comes of better, IMO
