14 penalties. Can on the line. That’s 100 yards. Drive killing penalties. It’s when they come that’s important. The offense of line suck

Not generating offense when we get behind against decent teams for long periods isn’t a 1 time thing. It’s what he does.

This was his story before we ever played the 9ers. He just did what he does. Go into a shell and try to be a hero at the end.

I just don’t know how to fix it. He has a no trade clause I believe. I was screaming at the TV can you just throw the damn ball

Dak is great when 21 is rolling.

I don’t think Zeke has a lot left and he’s not explosive at all anymore but I think the only answer is a explosive run heavy offense that asks less of the QB.

I just don’t see an organization that forces a RB with a injured PCL to play over a better RB is going to be the type of organization to ask their 40 million dollar QB to do less but that’s what needs to happen imo.

If your plan is to win a Super Bowl with Dak Prescott’s arm then good luck.

our fans got so spoiled by our 2016 line they think it should be the norm. joe burrow would have died to have our line this year. in fact he got sacked so many times he nearly did. wakeup people, our line is better than you think. our QB cant read defenses quickly and Pollard didnt average 5.5 yards a carry because he is the next coming of Barry Sanders.
His contemporary Deshaun Watson almost beat the chiefs in the divisional round with an o-line that punctured his lungs and he couldn’t fly to away games.

Dak needs 3 HOFs on the O-Line just so he doesn’t get blown out the wild card?

I have been on this offensive line as much as anyone but the closer I look at them the more I think the problem is not the players, with the exception of Connor Williams. Sorry, I don't care how good he scores on the PFF scale, leading the league in holding penalties, by far, is unacceptable. He needs to go. It is funny though. Watching the OL play, there are times when Williams is actually pretty good. Other times he makes mistakes, like not holding a block long enough, or getting caught off balance. I just think they can do better than him.

Biadasz is the weakest link, but he looks like he has improved with playing time. That is a really good sign to me. It means he is learning and he has upside. I would give him another year to see if he improves even more. I would also give him some competition. Farniok looks like he has some tools, maybe he is a worthy competitor for the starting C role.

Like a lot of other areas the Cowboys offensive line lacks discipline. The penalties are one part of it. But the overall lack of attention to detail is also a big part of it. Things like not getting out quick enough to block a LB, or helping the wrong guy, not seeing the stunt, picking up the wrong guy an a blitz, two guys going to block the same defender on a screen leaving another guy unblocked, not selling the screen, etc. These are all issues of discipline. None of these flaws improved over the season and in the last game they call came back to haunt the Cowboys. At some point this all leads back to coaching.

I firmly believe with one minor tweak of the OL, and better coaching, they can be a much better group.

"Almost" in this case means getting outscored 51-10 over the final three qtrs and getting sacked 5 times. Come on, man.

Leading the league in flags against and penalties accepted will do that. But by all means, keep on thinking the problem with the '21 Boys was the guy behind center.

The most apparent decline in performance came from the offensive line. This caused problems across the board & ultimately ended the Cowboys season. But this is a far scarier proposition than suggesting the problem only falls on Dak or Moore. As Cowboys fans know, building a dominant offensive line takes a lot of time & draft capital.

Dak’s going into year 7.

At what point do you just have to say maybe the guy isn’t the guy to get us where we want to go?

By all means though. Keep ignoring how we crumble against good teams. Ignore how we go on the road against KC and our offense can’t score a single TD.

Be my guest.

Then why did Dak get pressure in his face from 4 man fronts.

Our first run was a great example of how awesome the line played. Zeke hit 3 yards behind the line of scrimmage. That's about how they run block. You can blame the coaches or the players. Either way line play was our biggest down fall.

Aside from the O-line deteriorating over the course of the season, Kurt Warner's video posted elsewhere here well demonstrated how bad Kellen Moore's plays are, and how the ones that have even a prayer of working are not being executed properly.

All day. Made no sense. No excuse. Anyone that watched them play and thinks they are #1 are crazy.

I think if you look at individual play they are ranked very high. But I'd just look at how effective they are because that is what matters and it would have them closer to average. The blocking scheme doesn't help, never anything creative to create space for runners.
