THERE ISNT ONE

THIS SEASON ALONE OUR OPPONENTS WERE FLAGGED THE 2ND MOST IN THE ENTIRE LEAGUE.

Its just a fan narrative. When they are hyped up, the only thing that can beat us is the ref's. And it just rolls from there. If you look at posts before the Broncos game, we were practically unbeatable in most posters eyes

I wish fans would stop with the conspiracy theories and claims of favoritism and simply look at how awful and inconsistent the officiating has become. Yes, they have blown calls against Dallas AND the rest of the NFL, just because it's not JUST Dallas doesn't negate the point.

Many people don't really understand the concept of bias nor recognize that their bias impacts how they see things also.

As I've said before, as an umpire myself, I'm so focused on making the right call, I don't have time for bias. I know of no officials who have ever said they are going to call plays against a certain team because they don't like the coach, players, etc. And officials who try to "fix" games, once they're discovered are ejected from the officiating game.

However, umpires DO take note of certain players and coaches, their temperament, what they complain about most, etc., and try to be very particular about calls because they know someone is going to give them grief about it. But this isn't a matter of bias in as much as it's preparing for the game, anticipating certain situations and being on your "P's" and "Q's."

And, quite frankly, officials make mistakes. Just like players do, just like coaches do, just like we all do. But making mistakes doesn't mean being bias.

These officials didn't have it in for Dallas. Dallas did themselves a disservice by not being ready to play. But when you can't accept responsibility, blame it on someone else, in this case, the refs.

The refs control games they want to control it's obvious to anyone with eyes and a brain... Not all penalties are created equally either. I've watched the Cowboys get hosed on some obvious bad calls that could of changed the game only to have the refs turn around and give out obvious make up calls by flagging the other team for medial things like holding on 1st down in the red zone with a chance to score.. We've all see it and thought to ourselves how obvious and calculated it was by the refs to flag our opponent in meaningless situations. I believe the league is rigged somewhat overall unfortunately, with so much money at stake, how could it not be?

I could tell at the beginning of the game the team was unsettled. Those early penalties set the tone for the entire game.

The penalties the Cowboys had Sunday were legit and displayed a complete lack of discipline.
Are they making our o line hold or guys jump off sides????
They weren't all legit. The point is they're inconsistent and it takes away from the quality of the game.

Williams false started and made the defense jump and they called Dallas for off sides, so yes there is a problem. If you have an opportunity to watch of teams play you will see the same thing. It's glaringly obvious when you simply compare one crew to another.

I don't think I can post the video here, but UrinatingTree on YouTube did a video saying Dallas was given 8 seconds at the end of the game.

Someone should run the numbers for nationally televised games vs local.
