Well you don't see it.

Green can play both OT and OG at a very very High rate. He is a mauler and that's what you need to help Smith. You go get a C who is Williams at best at OG but maybe a Fredrick at guard debatable I've seen the Iowa guy rated much much lower on alot of sites. But again.
Green makes more since. There not gonna cut loose Tyron Smith since his contract is so good for the Cowboys. So he is a lock Martin is a Lock. COLLINS NEEDS TO BE TRADED AND STEELE SHOULD BE THE LOCK.
That leaves C and OG. Which postion hurt the run game the most? OG. Not C. Factor in all the Penalties and this will come to the front. Our LG either Conner where getting smacked around. No sacks on the C but the Conners UGH.

Like I said there gonna ride C one more year see what the two young guys can do.

Then you might see a change. But put that C spot in your wallet and wait alittle while.

Dallas has to fill holes not keep them there and say maybe next time.

I promise u this McClay will be looking at OG and OT. This year. LB. Why? They may move Parsons to DE. And DT that is a Monster in the middle. In the early rounds.

LOL, I have no problem taking Green
I said taking Dean was a bad move and you said it was a smart move then spent your posts talking about taking Green

maybe you should look at the posts again

I agree to an extent, but how you can think Dean is undersized and Linderbaum is not?

I have concerns about Lindenbaum’s size but not not as much as Dean’s. Lindenbaum can get bigger plus he was a very good wrestler so he knows how to use leverage. Deans frame is maxed out and plus he played behind an all world DL. I would trade every DL on our roster for Georgia’s roster straight up.

I mean I think they’re pretty much equal concerns IMO…

UGAs DL was solid but really!?!? They don’t even almost have a 1st rounder coming out this year.

Smart move..

Still don't get how some don't see OG is more of a need overall the C.

A great OG helps Smith.
A c doesn't help Smith.
We have a C. He is the guy get past that.

U move Collins for picks start Steele a RT.
Next year Draft Smith Replacement oline is almost done

Did you go to Wisconsin or something? Biadasz is awful.

Because we don't know if Parsons will be moved to DE which in fa t would mean we would need to get atleast 2 LBS. Bernard and Gifford haven't proven nadda.

I think both can be had one via trade and one as he falls to us.
That C from Iows I'm passing smooth past him cuz we currently have a player in that postion who atleast has earned a chance to improve at his postion.

No I did not.

What I'm saying is you have a clear hole at LG.
If you paid attention to MR Jones in his interview on the fan he was very upset and would not mention names.
But made a point to say very disappointed in some vets whom he paid and trusted on the lines that failed at there jobs. That made mistakes, penalties, suspensions etc. etc.

If this isn't a clear point to what he is talking about idk what is.

Tyler Biadasz didn't give up a sack all year. Sure he got penalties but nothing like Williams or Collins have done. His grading was lower I'll give u that. But put a effective OG next to him and Smith watch what happens to Mr Biadasz.

Settling for mediocrity (Biadasz) is what has given us 15-20 years of guys like Heath/McCray at safety.

I think Green or Linderbaum is wishful thinking. Either one would be a difference maker on the interior. There are other OL that could certainly be in play, but if you’re looking for a plug in starter and upgrade at C Linderbaum is about it.
