Play call and/or Scheme is bad half the time. Dak is bad the other half. Add it up. 100% suckage.
Yup, now I know why what seemed like every play we ran it was covered...we really didnt put their defense any situation to take advantage of them....they had to run five yards any way and we were covered...

They expect this guy to be a 39 year old hall of famer. It’s weird.

No. Just expect him to be held to some kind of standard. Apparently not being able to read the crosser in an all verticals route is reserved for hall of famers?

You guys keep contrasting him with Rogers.

Like Americas Cowboy said. For a dimwit he sure is doing pretty well for himself on the football field.

Going to have to quote me on that.

I don't believe he's a dimwit. I just don't think he's elite and have years of history proving it. Again, we're in year 6. Name me 1 elite QB who was still having their value debated in year 6?

You answered when I made the Rogers quip. If you haven’t made the compare or contrast then I apologize.

I don’t think he’s in the top tier of passers, but I don’t necessarily believe 2021 is Dak’s arc either. The Cowboys could do better but outside of swinging a trade for Russell Wilson, I don’t envision an upgrade any time soon.

That's why we're talking about it...something is way off. The play at the 20:00 minute mark , when the Safety turns his hips he's gotta hit that deep crossing pattern.
Dak's not even looking for it, that's weird for week 19

Right it doesn't make a whole lot of sense playing better in the beginning of the year, when he had rust. His decision making process went to crap after he came back from injury. It wasn't all scheme differences, right?

I will also say the run game disappeared and the line regressed. Maybe he was hearing foot steps

What about more of a quick hitting yac oriented west coast style offense? Dak needs to get the ball out quickly or roll out. The longer developing plays always seem to suck.

He's not accurate enough for them. It's hard to hit guys on the move and Dak can do it sometimes but often he's a little behind or too far out front. That's why he and the oc likes the sit down routes, curls etc. He's better at the long bomb because the catch relies on receivers to adjust to the long throw and make the catch

Interesting. If true.

After watching film of Dak, I don't know how anyone can say he is a smart or accurate or good QB. His inability to read defenses at this point in his career is really sad. There are some problems with KM's routes, but every OC has with this. Sometimes, defenses will guess right, like Tecmo Bowl. But, there were receivers open, sometimes, wide open on almost every play. I've come to the conclusion that the problem is Dak, not KM. Those two are not a good match. KM system is too hard for Dak to understand. Jerry has to find another OC that can work with Dak. Maybe an OC that used crayons.

If Moore’s design is so bad, I’m assuming his progression is also out of wack.
Dak struggled down the stretch….period, no question. He can be coached and get better, but doesn’t the guy coaching him and calling the offense need to know WTH he’s doing? I’m not letting Dak off the hook, but if the OC who designs, coaches, and calls the plays is in question as most who watched the video are saying, isn’t that where the corrections must begin?
