As far as i'm concerned , you can't say anything is working until we see results. MM might be the smartest coach we have hired in 20 years but he hasn't won a playoff game here in his first 2 seasons, so what does it matter?

For me being HC is less about x and O's as it it getting an entire team follow you at a high level. It's super hard. Garrett was 1 way at the podium and completely different when just around the team, Moore could be like that I certainly wouldn't know. He just doesn't come across as a vocal leader. I don't think he's getting the help he needs, he's just young in the coaching world.

Salads arent always healthy...Im a big dude, I love me some salad....drenched in bleu cheese, ranch or caesar and lots of croutons, bacon bits etc....Not to mention its usually a side item
