I don't think Jerry feels anything tonight... that JWBlue he keeps around for a reason. He checked out just like the rest of the team did.

JWB is swill to someone with $10MM. To a billionaire? It’s the well scotch he lets the help drink at a Xmas party.

Really, thought Jerry lived in Highland Park.
Preston Hollow is just north of HP. There is a possibility for much larger lots there, but the they dont have their own city services and schools are way worse.
The truly giant mansions are mostly in Preston Hollow….
His sons live in HP
Both are in Dallas with Dallas addresses

This guy is getting shown up by other owners in his circle.

Rams - reportedly Jerry was the point man for the league for the relocation of the Rams to LA and had to hold Stan Kroenke's hand throughout the process.

Chiefs - Hunt Family lives down the street from him in Preston Hollow (North Dallas)

Bengals - Mike Brown is the only other owner in the NFL that is also de facto GM and good friends with Jerry
He's drunk and probably feels nothing

He's on his knees kissing Prescott's feet begging him to win him one more SB before the grim reaper comes calling.......:muttley:

How would you feel if you gave top level contracts to below average to good players after watching elite players and coaches putting on a show this weekend. The Joneses are depending on Zeke returning to his 2016 form while the 49ers have an elite talent at quarterback (Lance) getting ready to takeover the team next season. The Cowboys have no chance even though we will probably win the East next season. Depressing.:omg::facepalm:

Our only hope is that one day Jerry realizes that you can always make more money if you have more time but time is a finite resource and his is running out quickly.

It's all about how bad he wants to see a championship before his time is up

If he is a rational man and I don't know whether or not he is he would have to realize at some point that there is someone more qualified than him to build a super bowl team.
After years of going eight and eight and just missing the playoffs by one game or going one and done a rational man would look back on that track record and say this is as far as I can get this team no matter what players I have or what coaches .

25 years says this is as good as I can get it.

With as successful as Jerry is in the business world

I feel it makes it almost impossible for him to come to grips with the fact that he just can't build a football team himself his way to win more than one playoff game.

His gambler mentality sees him coming up just short of The jackpot continually and pushes him on while he bankrupts our fanhood in the process

Watching Buffalo and KC play last night was inspiring… the execution was flawless. The speed, precision, and crisp timing of the offenses were on another level.

If I am JJ—- I am depressed and hitting the bottle and scouring the wire for coaching candidates.

The truth is, JJ is probably comforting himself that SF beat GB because in his world it means that they lost to a “great” team since Rodgers couldn’t beat them either. We just got “Gawsh Dang unluckeh by drawing those pesky 9ers in the first round!”

“We’’ll get em next year!” ~ lip smack, salesman wink~

Jerry is a great businessman and salesman. And an absolutely awful football executive. Unless he makes major changes, we already know what will happen. He will convince himself he’s unlucky, keep Big Mac, and sell the Cowboys fan base his newest Kool aid starting this spring. And many Cowboys fans will buy it…again.

He is on a big boat somewhere with a fully stocked bar watching VHS tapes of the Cowboys from the 1990s and contemplating having another face lift.

Probably thinking he is getting ripped off by his QB after watching Allen and Mahomes play and paying Allen and Mahomes prices for his Jimmy G / Tanehill.

The problem with Jerry is he always cared more about who gets the credit for winning than actually winning itself.

This is why he and Jimmy had a falling out, Jerry could not stand Jimmy getting the credit for winning instead of him.

That is why he always hires loser coaches that are just glorified yes men. Jerry would rather be in charge and lose then have the team win and somebody else gets the credit and accolades.
