If Dan Quinn leaves....this is the guy we should look at. DON'T look at the Ravens numbers on defense this year....they had massive injuries. But this is the guy we should hire.
IFSSS

far too many iffs right now and by the time we have to make move many might be gone already as teams with openings now are already filling positions.

Would not be bad but the Jones boys are waiting on the next move of Sean Payton before doing anything else.
Is there any definitive info out there as to his status?

He signed an extension but apparently there's some kind of out.

So if they had such massive injuries ... why did Harbaugh & Ravens decide to fire him vs letting injuries be an excuse and retaining him ?

Wouldn't the Ravens have to fire him first, or allow him to leave. Can't be a lateral move by just offering him more money.

Well is Martindale out?
I just seen the other thread where Whitt is to be interviewed for the Ravens DC position.

Martindale and Fangio at the start of the season were 2 of the best DEF minds employed, if not the best. What are we waiting for? One of these two should be in place if Quinn is going. I really thing they should have been at least a preliminary discussion with them

I think he stepped down....Question is...does he want to retire...or needs a change of scenery?

stepped down , .. not re-signed, ..fired ... not re-newed,.. retired ... bottom line is Ravens did not want to continue with him as DC, they want to move on without ...

That’s the problem with wet dreams
They aren’t gonna actually ever happen in the real world lol

If Quinn does indeed leave, Dallas already has the perfect replacement as a member of their staff.

Quinn could be replaced by defensive assistant George Edwards, who made his bones in this business as a linebackers coach in three different decades.
