To be fair, there was no more vulnerable guy on the staff than the one whose job is "consultant." Needed to jump to a new lilypad ASAP regardless.

I mean, that's a massive promotion from 'Consultant." Y'all can call it jumping ship but it's just good sense. He has some skins on the wall as an OC, regardless of his (favorable to us) tenure as a Head Coach.
