Cowboys are in the bottom 5 of playoff wins in last quarter century

What Jerry is doing as GM is not working (obviously) .
My thoughts are that he’s obsessed with winning a Super Bowl after running Jimmy ( and his team) out of town BUT he does not want another coach that will grab the spot light from him like Jimmy did . This is the reason he has not placed Jimmy in the ring of honor even after he was inducted into the hall of fame . He wants him inducted AFTER Cowboys win a super bowl.
It’s also the reason ( with 1 brief exception, Parcells ) why he’s hired a long string of proxy yes men as head coach.
Any other GM in any sport with a quarter century of bottom 10% level performance would have been fired after 5 years maximum.
Jerry is the main problem , he always has been.

LOL, i am sure the Cowboys are in the bottom 5 of a lot of things during this span of 25 years. Don't have much to show for it other than mostly participation trophies. Maybe Jerry can start hanging those banners in the Big Top. If he's waiting for another SB banner, it may be post mortem, if he's lucky.
