We need someone who can extract the talent from this offense and Dak.

He has a solid background, and one of the few Coaches Jerry would be comfortable with.

A coach who passed on Rodgers in the draft in favor of alex smith. A packer freind i have told me he is a disaster and the packers fans were happy when he left . many shocked jerry hired him.

No one knew Sean Payton would end up being a great head coach and Drew Brees would end up a Hall of Fame QB. That became a perfect marriage and it led to success in New Orleans but only one SB. I’m sure Washington is regretting letting Sean McVay go. Jerry thought Jason Garrett would be another Sean Payton and it didn’t happen. Jerry would have to step down as GM for a head coaching move to work. As long as Jerry is making all the moves he will reign supreme over every head coach he hires.
