Kellen Moore deserves a raise

The number 1 scoring offense in the league...considering he's been handcuffed by a suffocating head coach...a meddling owner...a QB with accuracy issues. WRs that drop balls...Injured RBs...Penalties from the offensive line....it's amazing what he has done. If Jerry was smart....not only should he give him a substantial raise...but should probably name him assistant head coach...and let him run the 2022 draft to fix the offense. I know a lot of people differ on this...but it would be in the Cowboys best interest to have some continuity among the coaching staff...and let Kellen have full control.

This will come as no surprise, but fans (aka “fanatics”) are almost always an overly reactive bunch- usually to the extremes of either side of an argument.
Examples-
Examples-
- In October it was, “McCarthy’s great. He’s turned this thing around”…by Jan it was “He’s a complete buffoon and he should be fired” followed by “Sean Payton is the answer”.
- Last October- “We need to hurry up and hire Kellen Moore as head coach before he gets away to another team”….Now it’s, “Hope Miami hires Kellen Moore so we can get him outta here”.

I forget who recently talked about our offense under Junior and said that it just seems like a bunch of different plays that are just written on a recipe card....with NO sense of any plan. Whoever said that really nailed it. And Corky refuses to step in because he knows that he is over matched....he would rather stand on the sideline with his Waffle House menu and bring absolutely nothing to the program except take up space.

How appropriate that he is from BSU, as is the floatworm, and that ain't no BS. He is the best checkers player at a chess tournament. The giants should hire him, he seems to have the NFCE figured out.

I think McCarthy is doing the opposite of handcuffed. If anything he should be helping him more.

Seriously... This guy was the only OC who couldn't get the ball to his number 1.. Couldn't get his 2nd receiver opened. Couldn't scheme to throw short passes and use them as runs. Did find away to use his qbs legs. I could go on but getting a headache remembering how bad it really was

You're right and I dont disagree in general, I'm just not sure it was the same people saying each.
