First it’s his brother now it’s his uncle. I assume he’s probably got a Twitter account. If I had anyone in my family or related to me doing this I would tell them to get the hell off social media and stay away from podcasts. It would piss me off!

:laugh:Frustration....

He's the QB of the Dallas Cowboys. The marquee position in all of sports. Either you win big time, or your career is going to be considered a failure. There is no in between. Ask for a trade if you can't handle. it.

Cooper Rush won in his first start in four years the NFL with this roster and didn’t have a problem getting thr ball to Cooper 8 times and hit Wilson on a beautiful like 50 plus yard strike that split two safeties.

Andy Dalton was 4-5 as the starter in Dallas with a way worse OL than Dak who happened to notch only 1 win, unless you count the game Andy Dalton finished for him and won.

Hater. We had no "Leadership" in those games Dak missed.

We all know that that injury was Dak's lucky break because it got him nationwide sympathy and had he played all 16 games, he would have had a losing record going into a contract year. Best thing to happen to Dak since the Romo injury.

I mean what does he want? That fans and media just fawn all over him, even when he plays poorly?

There is a growing sense of entitlement in sports with these guys. Where they think that because they put on the uniform they should be given whatever they want, treated however they want, be largely free of criticism, etc. The extreme example right now is Ben Simmons in the NBA.

Hey Dak, you are the QB of the Dallas Cowboys. It's one of the most visible positions in all of sports. You had a choice a year ago where you could have just opted to not resign in Dallas and go to another team, maybe a place like Jacksonville where there would be less pressure to win, less media and fan focus, etc.

But you didn't do that. You chose to take the money and play in Dallas. With that comes certain things, one being you are going to get scrutinized and yes, criticized, when you don't play well. Whining about it now, or worse having your family whine about it for you, is just lame.

It just is.
It's tough when it's fam.
Family is family.

Understanding is what we all need more of.

What I agree with Unc is people should not attack his mental health or make comments about his mom dying. That's just plain horrible.

What I disagree with Unc and Tad is discussing other QBs interceptions and bad games as a way to defend Dak. Leave other players out of it. No matter how much you point out other QBs mistakes it still doesn't make Dak look good. Also the "joke" about throwing bottles at refs was completely inappropriate and Dak should have been jumped on for that one.

Dak needs to play better, stop whining about the refs and read defenses better, if he does that people will shut up and leave him alone. Dak and Uncle are not helping his image right now. They really need to stop pointing out other QBs in defense of Dak. That's a bad look.

Dak can use his greenbacks to wipe his tears. My LORD, is Dak THAT sensitive? Does he not understand the standards of being a QB for Dallas? He's my guy, but stuff like this makes me wonder if hes mentally fragile. Based on that, We better get Sean Payton here fast. MM will just fold his arms and do nothing to help him.

Dak has that star on his helmet put any other symbol on there and hes considered one of the best QBs in the nfl
its kin to wearing the NYY pinstripes. Expectations are immediately raised.

Even if your a dak fan which I’m closer to a fan than a hater based on the definitions here you have to be getting annoyed with his family always publicly bashing fans and or the fan base.

daks a big boy, he gets paid a ton of money to perform every Sunday. When he plays great he’s praised when he plays bad he gets killed it’s the life of a pro player and even more so a Dallas cowboy.

I think it's really tacky that his family feels the need to come to his defense like this on public platforms.

Play better, and people will shut up.
Win games and there is nothing to talk about. But you can’t blame the family for getting offended by all the uneducated dumb losers that don’t understand football.
