I think it was correctable during this season simply by resting Zeke, varying types of run plays, not abandoned the run.

Tired of hearing the same ol " gotta run the football"! Chiefs, Packers, Bills, Rams, Bengals, Tampa, and even the 9ers tonight are throwing!!!!!!!!!!! This weekend and last weekend, you guys see all the running backs and O-line opening holes so we could watch 100 yard running backs?????????? NO! If we can not throw the football down the field or even attempt too, rinse and repeat!!!!!!!!! And I do not mean 8 checkdowns and 6 swing passes to go 14 for 14.........etc.... etc.....

Other than Dak throwing a desperation dump off to cement shoes 21, we don't involve the RBs in the passing game.

That aside, running the ball is one thing, the threat of being able to do it is another.

At the end of this past season, teams didn't have to ever worry about Dak taking off with the ball or us doing much in the run game.

I think every single one of those players is better than our current talent in the interior of this line

You forgot to also get someone adequate to replace TSmith when he misses half of the season again. Someone good enough to eventually be the starter.

Not a simple fix. The Cowboys had a great OL from 2014-2017 with 3 All-Pro players and it didn't matter. It will take more than an upgrade in talent - it's going to take a complete culture change plus great coaching/playcalling. Probably not happening under Jerry and Stephen.
