I'm not arguing that football isn't a team sport. But all positions are not valued the same nor paid the same. Qb is the most important position on the field and that is glaringly obvious. NE usually has a top 10 defense b/c they spend most of their cap dollars on defense. But they were never the 85' Bears or 2000 Ravens. So, lets not pretend like defense was winning all by itself. The one year Brady missed in NE due to injury, the Pats didn't win a playoff game. Might as well have had Prescott in there with that defense.

Our defense ranked 7th this year. We ranked 11th in 2019. 6th in 2018. His rookie year we ranked 5th. Prescott has a 1-3 playoff record. These are just inconvenient facts for you. Hardly, Brady-esque. lol

Even Dak's biggest fan Jerry Jones publicly admitted Dak was in a slump in mid december. Finishing up strong as usual.

You don't get to play a bunch of bad teams in the playoffs. It usually takes great QB play to go all the way. You don't have to be an elite QB but like Eli or Foles proved, you have to make elite plays in big moments like they were able to.

Dak is more than capable of going to and winning the super bowl. But HE and the TEAM have to put it all together.

I agree with you somewhat. What I disagree with you is that football is the ultimate team sport. That distinction goes to the game of soccer. Everybody is the qb on the field, there are no timeouts, you touch the ball for only 2 1/2 minutes out of 90 mins game so it means that for 97 1/2 mins you are helping your teammates and making off ball runs for them, the players control the momentum of the game, you only get 3 subs so if you already use yours and a player gets injured you play with a man down, coaches are basically spectators until halftime. There is lot more that makes the game the ultimate team sport. Football is team sport but not the any where near what the game of soccer is.

Literally Brady's defenses since 2016 in NE

1, 7, 5, 1.

In Tampa:
5 and 8 in scoring defense.

Not to mention the defense held the Chiefs to 9 points in the Super Bowl.

Our defenses, and you can confirm this, have all fallen on their faces traditionally when it came to nut cuttin time. They almost spit the bit this year getting run over in the first half but they rallied and did enough to win.

If we had Goff and had been to a Superbowl with him, we would have locked him up for 20 years and never thought another thing about it.

The Chargers weren't in the playoffs and the only two teams we beat who were lost by a combined score of 78-32 wildcard weekend.

The Eagles had only 1 win against a team with a winning record all year (Saints) and would not have even made the playoffs any year prior to this (7th seed).

We are a team that went 6-0 against a horrible NFC east and 6-6 against everyone else (playoffs included).

How can our fans see that pollard is "better" than Zeke but Can't see that there are at least 12 QBs "better" than Dak? Is QB the only position that needs to be "carried" by the team to be any good?

Why don't fans say the same thing about zeke?

"Boy, if we had Larry Allen and prime Fred beard Zeke would be the best RB in the league.. Its not his fault he gets 40 yards a game his line sucks
You could do that for ANY mediocre player in this team...
