Making decisions on who they think the world of instead of who is good at their job leads to 1 and out.

Who does Stephen not think the world of? It could be a coach they fired or a player they cut and he still thinks the world of them or at least he says. He’s like a broken record.

Exact same way Garrett was

How long will it be before they say we gave him the best O talent in the league and he couldn't get farther in playoffs , next up.

In both yards and scoring Dallas has had a top offense over the past 3 years. And that's with Dak injured at times and struggling at other times.

It's crazy that many on this forum are down on Kellen.

Dallas clearly struggled the second half of the season and in the playoff game. Whether Moore is guiding the offense or McCarthy or someone else, they have to get that fixed.

It's like if these guys were given an NFL team to run in real life.

I'm now under the assumption that we are, without doubt, destined for absolute failure, and I'm talking Campo days or worse, for the next 5 years, at least. Unlike Jerry, I DO believe what Stephen says. No FA as usual, forget that. We think the world of losers, bet that.

The issue is the o-line coach, and meddling from the Jones's trying to change up things that Moore had working.

That, and the insistence from the Jones's to ride with the now-JAG Zeke...

Oh...and Dak not being his better self.

In other words, Kellen keeps us marginally relevant so we can sell a few more lamb, Prescott and Elliot jerseys. Just like Jason and Linehan did for all those years. Just look at those 5 super bowl trophies. We did good didn't we?

Garrett ex Cowboys backup QB who wore #17
Moore ex Cowboys backup QB who wore #17
Cooper Rush current Cowboys backup QB who wore #10 and #7

Where do you think Rush will get a job as a coach once he stops playing???

Being a kool guy don’t mean you can do the job. He needs to learn quick. Not JG on the job training. How do you go from using misdirection and lots of motion to what he did in the second half of last season.

Moore should have been fired for being last in the league at in motion plays. I mean, why not just hand the opposing team the playbook?

Moore has been OC since 2019 and in those years Dallas offense ranked 1st in 2019 and 2021. 2020 Dallas ranked 14th in a season that saw a lot of injuries yet managed 24 point a game in that season.
all toll 2019 Dallas ranked 1st with 27 points a game, 2020 14th with 24 points a game and 2021 1st and 31 points a game. I think there are areas where Moore needs to improve but I also think it is foolish to act as if Moore is clueless of what is taking place. I find it amazing that many of the critics around here will say we have avg QB and talent is over rated and yet Dallas offense is still at the top evidently despite the players we have.

Seriously, can somebody just loaded with money, make an offer that even the huge EGO Jones family would accept? And, get them outta Dallas?

The "world" thinks Kellen should be gone , listen to them Stephen.

This offense thrives against bad teams. And when they play good teams, they thrive when the game is already out of hand.

It's not up to him. It never was.

Stephen just said he can do it if someone takes Kelln off our hands.

Think about that. The Head Coach, known for being a playcaller, only gets to call plays if the OC he inherited leaves.

Kind of like the previous Head Coach being stripped of playcalling duties. How many times do the Jones' have to show some of you that the Head Coaches here have no authority?

I thought it was the weirdest thing when Mike came here and didn’t install his offense and call the plays. I thought maybe he was trying to change after being in the barn for a year to be a better HC. Evidently Moore was forced on him and he wanted the job so he accepted it. Ridiculous. If he’s going to go down he needs to talk them into taking it back.

I also think that Dak has a ton of say here and he probably told them he didn’t want to learn a new offense

and other teams play vs bad and good teams just as Dallas does. Fact remains like it or not his offense 2 out of 3 years ranked 1st in the NFL that is fact. I think there are things he must improve on but overall his offense stacked against anyone else in the league using same measurements is still ranked at the top. I think people are damn quick to throw players and coaches under the bus and the reality is they actually do know more of what is going on than a message board poster, I know we all love to think we know it all, that is false not even close. His offense have ranked 1st, 2 of his 3 years FACT if people can't handle that, that is on them.
