There you have it. It's not about football. The Jones family has an adopted son in Kellen Moore. They will only circle the wagon and defend him. We as fans can only hope Mike McCarthy does a better job of monitoring KM and intervening when he prematurely gets away from the running game.

maybe that many on this forum could do a better job at oc than kellen is.
you dont win SB's or do good in playoffs, by having a lot of yards or good stats or rankings.
Cowboys dont have a real top offense, it just seems that way at times.

Kellen had 1 year as position coach, the jerry made him OC, to learn on the job lol.
Most OC's have decade or so at position coaches before being made a OC.

He doesnt know how to use a run game or even value it.

He is a OK OC, and that is how cowboys wound up .....OK
Actually worse than ok in playoff game which ended with a keystone cop fiasco, which he called and designed, and mike approved.
That was embarrassing , to me much worse than the bungled snap kick back in 2006 seattle game.

That type fiasco is what we get with kellen and mike.

so if cowboys go 12-5 every year, but lose 1st playoff game your good !!!! :thumbup:

Take off the nfce games and they were 6-5, which is almost a .500 team.
The only good teams they beat were the chargers by 3 and NE in OT.
The other 4 were Atl, Car,NO,minn,

I used to look forward to Jerry's departure from this world, realizing that it was the only way he would ever "step down" as the Cowboys GM.

Could you imagine if Jerry Jones roomed with Ken Hatfield instead of Jimmy Johnson for road games while at Arkansas? The streak of futility could well be back to 1977.

Yup. Not that Moore is good at his job or anything, but FO thinks he's part of the fam. That's how they make decisions here.
