Would love to see Pederson rejuvenate the Jags just to prove to many (especially in here), that Urban Meyer has no business in the NFL!

Love this hire for the Jags. Get a proven winner and someone who can help develop Lawrence. Pederson got a raw deal in Philly.

5 offensive coordinators and 1 defensive coordinator so far.

Is Khan or his son the real gm in Jacksonville?

I think he has a chance to do a lot of good things. Jacksonville is loaded with money to spend vs the cap so they should be able to get weapons and better protection for Lawrence.

Why would he take that job?

Didn’t seem like there was a lot of demand for Pederson’s services some maybe he got desperate. Still, I think it’s a decent fit if they actually give him time which is of course the big question.

I think its a bad hire. Not a fan of Pederson. He rode Andy Reids coat tails and the short lived success in Philly was all down to Frank Reich. Not sure he's HC material.

Reich hasn’t exactly blown everyone away in Indianapolis with an extremely talented roster. I don’t think people give Pederson enough credit.

I agree 100% not wanting to work for the GM but his strategy/plan was misguided. Why interview at all, politely decline, and move on but to think he had enough clout to tell the owner to fire his GM cost I have my own was bold/risky. Think about it, there are nine openings, ONE TEAM, maybe two ( Saints ), made a request to interview him but I'm hot enough to bring my own GM. (LOL)

Bryon may be an offensive genius.

I have the over under at 9 games for the Jags with a good draft and Pederson as HC.

I'd say it's all largely contingent on Pederson helping Lawrence take a massive 2nd year leap. Titans and Colts are both good and Texans will probably improve in year 2 of their own rebuild.

100%. That's what Pederson's competitive advantage is, QB development. Good hire by the Jags.
