Serious question....is there compensation for any other races? Do you meet the qualification of the Rooney rule if you interview an Asian or Pacific Islander? Seems as if there is more "exclusion" going on than the country as a whole and the NFL would care to admit...do ALL minority groups not count???
Compensation is for any minority candidate that is hired by another team. A two second google search shows this, but we know you didnt really care you just wanted it to be about one group.

I don’t understand the Kellen Moore hate. Two times in three seasons led the league in offense. The guy is under 35. I have more questions about the players (Zeke, Dak, offensive line) then the coach.

It's funny how quickly a star can fall. Early in the season Moore looked like a genius. As the season went on we still saw occasional moments of innovation and creativity, but overall the there was less and less consistency and the offense lost momentum and effectiveness.

Moore did some good things. And some "??" things.

He's still learning. Problem is, if he continues to improve, Cowboys will have to go through this all over again, and the next time either Jerry loses him or has to make him the head coach.

That wouldn't be a big problem, if Dallas wins the SB this next year. But that's not likely to happen.

Oh well, we're used to mediocrity, right?

The obvious ?

- If Kellen Moore offense would have stayed on course per 2nd half, ..his stock would've been so sky high, that the Jones would've had to literally had to offer KM
the head coaching role of the Cowboys for him to stay on.

- But as it is, ..Moore stock is so down, and surrounded by criticism among media and Cowboys fan nation to where it'd have to be a
very questionable HC hire to spark marketable interest.

- Who would want to hire a Scott Linehan type OC hire coming off a disappointing stretch and early one and done playoff exit ?

:banghead:

Lol. How did you guess. He better have improved his choice of plays and came up with a running game. He needs a new O-Line coach to start.

New coach would probably help, but not sure C. Williams is salvageable, Biadasz has this year to improve or he'll be in the same shape...

I know you're desperate to try to look like you have some kind of credibility left but while you've wasted the last 26 years thinking they had a chance I knew they didn't.

Stings.

(They don't have a chance next year either but you don't know that.)

Or any year after that until either a new OC comes in or McCarthy (or whoever offensive minded HC should McCarthy get fired) to call and scheme plays.

I'll bring you up to breaking news...He's Jason Garrett 2.0. Garrett was a hot shot offensive coordinator in his first early years also. Then we saw what happened when teams caught up. Moore's down fall came even quicker than Garrett's. Why do you want to go down that road again?

I'm confident, Kellen still has plenty room to grow.

So did Garrett. So will the next Jerry project. Sick of the failed coaching projects in Dallas. Maybe you go out and get a guy whose proven versus somebody getting off Similac.
