This is ridiculous, I might lose on roulette if I go all in on black... What has Dan Quinn shows as a defensive coordinator in his career? He has shown
that he is a complete bad ***! So, because we're a bunch of negative nancies around here we're going to assume he is going to slip next season?
Clown talk.....
You'll be the first that turns.

Nope, it's not in my nature, I'm not a nut roller... I believe in consistent failure and complete evaluations before I throw out negative talk..
To make a prediction that someone whom is thriving is going to fail or slip is just looking for darkness in the light... I do agree that as soon as
the defense has a bad game there will be guys on here calling for DQ heads, but these are the same guys who tried to run Dlaw out of town after year 2..

Timing is everything. Dan Quinn arrived in Dallas with great timing. The bar was set so low for him as the Cowboys were coming off of arguably the worst defensive performance in franchise history in 2019. At a time when they were about to draft arguably the best rookie they've ever had to add to the defense. He was sure to oversee significant improvement from that mess with Mike Nolan.

Now expectations have risen and there won't be a phenom defender coming from this draft. My guess is he's not quite as popular this time next year.
Thats why he should've left. It's highly unlikely that Diggs gets over 10 picks again next year, and doubt we lead the leauge in turnovers again. He should've struck while the iron was hot.

I like Quinn but he had one job to do in that playoff game, stop Deebo Samuel and the run game and gave up 169 yards...... he failed. The objective was to put the game in the hands of the QB which is exactly what the Niners did.

His D did manage to keep them to 23, which is probably the new 17 before the NFL went Arena Wall-less ball.

I will take him over Nolan but Nolan didn't lead the NFL in picks. There is definitely some smoke and mirrors to this defense.

It seems like the Cowboys’ problem is that they finish too early.

Offensive TOP was abysmal and didn't help out the defense. This was year 1 from DQ, and the Niners had the most physical run game in league versus a weak interior OL with Vander Esch who doesn't like to take on direct hits due to neck injury. Niners team strength was our team D weakness and we all knew that.

I like DQ.

I'm not so sure about there not being one in this year's draft because if NaKobe Dean drops to 24 you add him with a Parson, and the long rangy linebacker we drafted last year you could see Nolan have even more explosive players in the front 7. But that's just my opinion.

Dont underestimate McLay..we picked Frederick in the bottom of the 1st

Everyone freaked out and he turned into one of if not the best center in the league almost immediately...I know that's only one..but there are day 1 starters in the bottom ..
