Exactly. This crap about a Super Bowl window. The Cowboys played a 3rd place schedule and the NFC East this year.They will play a 1st place schedule an NFC East that includes the Eagles and Giants. having I think 5 1st round picks and the Commanders (feels weird calling them that lol) most likely having their book ends DE's not injured next year. On top of that 22 FA's and the only way to get under the cap restructing huge overpaid contracts. (with the exception of Tyron, his contract was good overall). This team will almost certainly be worse next year. Unless Micah puts up an LT season (which is possible) this team will be 7-10. They had their chance this year. This was their best chance because of the huge overpaid contracts. The team committed 14 penalties. Dak played like crap and with 3 minutes and 3 timeouts left couldn't get the job done. Maybe Jerry knows this and that's why he's so upset? Jerry and Stephen have simply made too many mistakes to compete for a Super Bowl. They've built a good enough team to compete for NFC East titles.

Respectfully, do something about it then, Mr. Jones. It isn't working thus far so make some changes in the way you are running the team. Get someone with a high FOOTBALL IQ at the top and step out of the way.

we been talking about SB windows since Romo was here. Lets just realize its never happening again until Jerry is taking that Dirt nap in the sky. BTW..windows are meant to be opened. We can do it,but I'm thinking it will have to be in spite of Jerry and Stevie.

I wonder if Saints and Packers fans are saying ..

Saints : "Man. We are $70 million over the cap. We will lose half our team. Let's just blow it up and quit!"

Packers : "$40 million over? Losing Adams? Let's quit!"

I get what you are getting at. But maybe we should wait until AFTER the draft to hit the panic button. A lot of good or bad can happen by then.

Just shut up Jerry. I'm one of the more tolerant fans, and I've given Jerry credit where it's due.

His yammering this offseason has been tiresome. No one cares you're upset Jerry. Words mean very little, the fact he's keeping around guys like Philbin means much more. I knew MM had likely bought himself another season, but our inability to block or play against a cover 2 was a huge indictment on the offensive coaches. Shame on MM for not stepping in. What a fraud.
